I'll go first. Mine was Richard Nixon 1972. I felt cheap and used. I wish I'd waited for a better man.

My first vote was for George W. Bush in 2000. There were some quite tense moments that night.

Reagan the first time he ran. It was a first for both of us. Too bad the affair only lasted 8 years.

Mcgovern ‘72.

Next time I voted it was for Reagan ‘80. I think I changed a bit somewhere along the way.

I just missed being able to vote for George H.W. Bush in ‘92 by a year. So I had to settle for Bob Dole in ‘96. :(

Reagan 1980 was my first. I was at my duty station at Ellsworth AFB. After a long day in the field tending to my flock of Minuteman 3’s, I went down to the local school and stood on line for hours.

Finally it was my turn and they said, you do not live in South Dakota so you cannot get here. I yelled at the poor woman. The people on line went nuts.

They let me cast my ballot. It was dirty, and felt o so good.

Mine was Reagan in ‘80.

It was fun to help defeat another
clueless incompetent Democrat who mishandled an embassy
attack by Islamic radicals.

Deja Vu ...much?

Mine was Bob Dole and I was in High School, the idea of “doing it” with a really old geezer was creepy but not as creepy as William Jefferson Clinton...

My motto when I went to vote was, “Close, but no cigar!”

My first time voting was for Kerry. I was STUPID at the time and believed that I should vote Dem because my family did. I wised up REAL quick. I’m grateful the better man won.

I was too young to vote for Goldwater in ‘64. A few years later they lowered the voting age to 18. If that had been true in ‘64, I could have voted for Goldwater.
