I have never seen this version of "My Sister Eileen," and it is not available at Netflix. They do have the version I am familiar with - the 1955 one with Jack Lemon and Janet Leigh.
As for "Now, Voyager," this is the rare case where the original review more or less pans a film destined to be a classic.

I have to correct myself. Netflix does indeed have the 1942 version of “My Sister Eileen.” I didn’t look past the date they give, which is 2009. It is now in my queue.
