Luis Prado has created what he hopes will become an international symbol for global warming
When I searched for a global warming icon, nothing appeared, said Luis Prado, a graphic designer who illustrates publications and creates interpretive signs at his job at the Washington State Department of Natural Resources. So I made one.

Too bad I’m at work and away from my graphics manipulation software...I would add a sugar cone to the bottom.

There’s an old paint company logo that’s much like this.

Looks like a rip off of the Sherwin Williams paint logo.

All this because Earth's temperature may rise one degree over the next century, in line with a natural twelve-degree 125,000 year cycle (BTW: we're due for about 10 degrees cooling starting now).

Unfortunately the earth's climate cycles back and forth at about 150 thousand years a cycle. Really, we don't want to change that, do we? I read this someplace.

We’re back to “global warming”?
This is going to look pretty foolish the next time we get some unseasonably cold weather, or will they say those are icicles?
To: PROCON
Sherwin Williams gave away their symbol? Sorry, but that “symbol” isn’t original. It is just missing the paint can.
To: PROCON
I want to go paint my house, now.
Sherwin Williams might want to check this out.

Were back to global warming?First it was "global cooling". Then it changed to "global warming". Then to "climate change". Now back to "global warming"?
I'm getting dizzy.

I think I've found a new Obama logo....
To: PROCON
Not a very good icon, since it is easily confused with a sloppy paint job that is dripping.

SEE??!? We TOLD you the earth was literally DRIPPING with oil!
Let’s BURN it!!
