Abortion ship to enter Muslim waters

Because there is not enough social unrest in the Middle East, I agree it is the perfect time for the so-called “abortion ship” to stir the waters even more.

Women on Waves has announced it will anchor this week in a Muslim country for the first time ever: Morocco, a country where 98.7% of the population identify as Muslims, and where the Islamic Justice and Development Party came to power in November 2011.

Women on Waves specializes in committing offshore abortions in countries where abortion is illegal.

Islam is a bit all over the map on abortion, but by and large the religion forbids it. In Morocco abortion is allowed for life or physical/mental health of the mother.

Women on Waves has decided to test the waters at an interesting time, right after Moroccan Islamists joined those in several other Muslim countries to protest the U.S. This CNBC photo, taken September 14, shows them burning an American flag outside a Moroccan mosque…

Were this a Christian missionary ship, our State Department and liberals would be demanding that it reverse course.

But since the goal of Women on Waves is to kill Moroccan children, our government will be fine with it. Who knows, we may send a war ship to protect it.

Women on Waves is a Dutch organization. Whether Moroccans will view it as an intrusion of Western influence into their culture remains to be seen. Women on Waves will release the place, date, and time of the ship’s arrival tomorrow.

Planned Parenthood to the rescue!! Oh this will be fun to watch. Let Margaret Sanger do to their families what she has done to ours.

Pass the popcorn. I just don't know who to root for.

In this corner, uber-angry, Jew hating, infidel murdering Islamists. And in the other corner, baby killing abortionists. Ding Ding Ding

Decisions, decisions, who to root for.

If I choose not to decide, I still have made a choice.

Look at it this way.

It’s not like the mooslimbs were not gonna kill their own kids by strapping bombs to them, so Planned Parenthood helps them kill the kid minus the bomb.

Surprisingly I’ve never heard the Muslim take on abortion.

Well, in international law, unless they forbid the ship from entering their waters, it may legally do so. If it enters after being refused, it has committed and act of piracy.

But I estimate that they will stay in international waters.

Morocco:

territorial sea: 12 nm
contiguous zone: 24 nm

Morocco is pretty pro-western and more secular than the typical Muslim country. I was there in 2008, in Tangier, and the locals explained that Morocco’s constitution mandates tolerance for all monotheistic religions. There were Catholic churches within sight of mosques across the street from synagogues. It was pretty amazing.

Of course, they do have their own radical Islamist elements and there have been a couple of bombings in Morocco. And Morocco has not been completely immune from the “Arab spring” violence, but it’s very different from Egypt or Libya.

I would expect that the abortion ship will anchor off the harbor of Tangier, since it is a very international (i.e. “more tolerant”) city and is just across the Strait of Gibraltar from Spain if they have to make a run for it.

All of that said, I’m still rooting for the Exocet missile.

What this bunch does is sail around to countries that don’t have abortion or where it is illegal, picks the women up at the dock then sails out to “neutral waters” to preform the abortions. That way no laws are broken in that country.
