International Civil Liberties Alliance (ICLA) is participating in a meeting of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) held in Warsaw Poland.

I'm tempted to ask what else is new, but I am heartened that the general public is starting to realize we are at war.
I see it on twitter, and even in the comment section of newspaper columns lately.
