CAIR CANADA PROPOSES ABOLISHING SECULARISM AS A PRINCIPLE OF SOCIETY
Tundra Tabloids blogger, KGS has been
been live blogging the OSCE event taking place in Warsaw Poland, and the rep from CAIR affiliate in Canada just hurled a major bombshell at the meeting, From Europe Newss Facebook page:
5:28: CAIR Canada openly requests the abolishment of secularism as a principle of society, for the reason that Secularism constitutes only another belief, that should not be granted special status.
Further, she emphasizes that we should obey and respect all law set up by the State (that would include blasphemy laws), and respect to refrain from what the State considers illegal, in order that we can have harmonic co-existence in the future.
She refers to the past history of various etnic minorities, how prejudices against those have historically existed, and suggests that the percieved problems with Muslims are nothing unusual, and should not be considered a problem in itself.
The following update was posted earlier today:
Christian and humanist groups stand up for human rights and free speech, an EU rep reaffirms commitment for the making of freedom of religion a priority- A rep from the Muslim forum for social cohesion erupts and says if the hate speech against Islam doesnt stop, it threatens world piece.
Sounds like Canada might have sharia “courts” to look forward to just like in the Mother Country.
World Piece? Actually, it’s not far off the mark; if Islam has its way, we’ll all be in pieces..
They’d have to modify language in the “Charter Of Rights And Freedoms,” wouldn’t they?
Canada is probably more than willing to abide
Canada Ping!
Corrected for clarity....
A rep from the Muslim forum for social cohesion erupts and says if the hate speech against Islam doesnt stop, the Muslims will threaten world peace.
I'm tempted to ask what else is new, but I am heartened that the general public is starting to realize we are at war.
I see it on twitter, and even in the comment section of newspaper columns lately.
