They are also calling WI a safe pickup for Wisconsin.
There hasn't been a serious outside poll from the usual suspects (RAS, PPP, WSJ, Gallup, etc.) in quite some time. That's a big red flag as they don't think it's a contested race....why waste the time/money?
Big money is slowly filtering out. Another red flag.
No new "manufactured dirt", just the same old memes from the Kerrey camp....and it's not sticking.
Kerrey is settling into a "bunker" mentality. No real buzz or energy. His heart just isn't into it.
GOP base is far more jazzed up, organized and hitting the GOTV early and hard.
Political scene in Nebraska has changed in the past 20 years and there's a lot of bad feelings from the "Cornhusker Kickback". Kerrey is now backtracking on his support on Obamacare (too little too late).

NE-Sen (Likely R to Safe R): When a former senator tries to reclaim his old Senate seat, ordinarily that alone ought to be enough to secure a competitive rating for the race. But this situation isn't ordinary. Democrat Bob Kerrey's been out of office (and living in New York City for so long), and his nominal home state of Nebraska has just become implacably red. It's not like Republican Deb Fischer is any great shakes, and yeah, there hasn't been any polling here in a while, but that also says somethingnamely, that no one thinks this contest is interesting enough to poll. To the extent there's still any outside money coming in, it's probably just enough so that national Democrats can say, "See? We keep our promises to our top recruits." But we just don't see any kind of potential path to victory for Kerrey, so we're ready to face the inevitable and chalk this one up as a gain for the GOP.
Kerrey is a carpetbagger trying to portray Fischer as a tax hiking elitist. This race is beyond over.
If it is this over there at this point in time, just imagine how over it is for the rest of the Democraps as the continual steaming heap piles up.
Solid conservative from Texas to North Dakota.
Who is it again that has a problem with the XL hooking up with our friends and neighbor allies in Canada and our refineries in the south? Oh yeah, Nebraskis are afraid of pipelines according to the the current administration.
I have some difficulty swallowing that.
