my youngest two ears ago went to a school where the kids got breakfast and lunch and where their parents never paid for it.

My youngest was in line waiting to get his lunch when a kid said he gets his lunch for free.
My youngest turned to him and said” it is not free my parents have paid for that food you eat, nothing is free, someone always pays”

So proud but what does it say that parents send their kids to school with no breakfast, I mean come on, two peices of toast and jam at the least, and a glass of milk or orange.

That free breakfast crap should be stopped right away on the first day, it’s B/S and for kids ot now at aged 7 say they get free this and that shows me that they have no same anymore or any pride.

It seems likely that in the time of our caveman ancestors, a hunting party came back with hundreds of pounds of mammoth meat but without one of their fellow hunters. A stay at home dad minced out of the cave and exclaimed, “Wow look at all that food, and it’s free.” I’d like to think that my ancestors beat the clueless dolt to death but it’s apparent some survived and reproduced.

Haven't you figured this whole thing out yet?

What you're witnessing here is a long-term plan to turn entire segments of our society from human beings to nothing more than grazing animals whose sole purpose is to provide "customers" for various businesses and industries that have a veested interest in selling crap to them.

Think of the "free lunch" kid in your story as a pigeon who shows up at your park bench every day waiting for someone to toss it some bread crumbs. The pigeon doesn't pay for the bread, and the company that produces the bread doesn't really care WHO pays for it. If they can successfully lobby state governments and school districts to give "free" meals to hordes of kids who aren't likely to be any more successful in their lives than pigeons in a park, then they've done just fine as far as the company's bottom line is concerned.

Well, and go look in the trash and see how much of that “free” food you pay for is thrown away. I was a teacher, I saw it.

They’re being conditioned to not feel any shame so that when they’re adults they can mooch off taxpayers even more.

No consequences for bad life decisions anymore! No sting, no suffering. Just gimme gimme gimme, waitin’ for “Check Day”.
