I worked in NYC at Rock Ctr, north of the WTC, in the 70s & 80s; I’ll never forget them. Ate at Windows On The World numerous times. I still can’t get used to that fugly new bldg, especially now that the treasonous muzzie 0bummers have signed/defiled a beam at the top floor. Never go back.

I shared your sentiment until watching the documentory on its rebuilding. A lot of thought was put into its design. I dont thinks it ugly at all.

I think they should have built two buildings identical to the ones that were destroyed in the exact same foundations holes.
Could have brushed off the original plans, made a few improvements like a missile defense system.
I ask why a new building profile? Why not in the same foundation holes?
Because that scar (holes)will be a permanent monument to the successful attack on America by the gutter crazies called Mohammedans.

It just looks like something from Dubai or Honk Kong, or somewhere ‘not here’.

It looks like one of the modern skyscrapers they're building in Kiev. It would need to be twice as tall to resemble something from Dubai or Hong Kong.

We're just not really in the skyscraper building business anymore.
