Billions of poor people in mud huts, crapping in the woods and burning dung and scrap wood to keep warm will do wonders for the ecology, not to mention women's health.
We once invented civilization to get away from that lifestyle.

WWF=Loons. They should all be forced to “get a life”. If they refuse, throw them out of the country. They want poverty, send them to North Korea or Kenya.

Extremist green campaigning group WWF - endorsed by no less a body than the European Space Agency - has stated that economic growth should be abandoned

I guess the ESA is getting the economic growth they want in the EuroZone!! /s

citizens of the world's wealthy nations should prepare for poverty and that all the human race's energy should be produced as renewable electricity within 38 years from now.

ESA, are you in the renewable energy business??? I didn't see you on the GREEN JOB SCAM the AMERICAN TAXPAYERS lost money on.

Most astonishingly of all, the green hardliners demand that the enormous numbers of wind farms, tidal barriers and solar powerplants required under their plans should somehow be built while at the same time severely rationing supplies of concrete, steel, copper and glass.

How should we build these wind farms, tidal barriers and solar powerplants WITHOUT concrete, steel, copper and glass??

Of course one has to understand that said Green Messiahs will be exempt from such rationing. The elite will, of course, still maintain a good civilized standard of living. It’s just the proles that get stuffed back into the Dark Ages.

Honestly, this still have to be publicized more so these people can be tarred and feather by every rational community and run out on rails.

Only rich nations can afford to implement environmental controls on industry, if they even have to will to try. Something to ponder for the Enviro-wackos out there. In all my travels around the world, the USA is the cleanest country with the lowest pollution that I have visited.

So this great push to destroy free Capitalism WILL destroy the planet in the end. Fascist states have no will, Communist states have no resources to waste on not exploiting the environment.

Every pound of steel not mined in America is mined elsewhere under much laxer enviromental rules or cares. The enviromental movement is not about saving the planet, its about destroying freedom for mankind. If it was about the planet, we would work hard to make darn sure all mining was done in America, to American standards, all logging was done here where it would be done in a sustainable way and all farming done where it would be done without radical poisons.

But that is not the focus, the focus is in stopping the clean industry to favor the dirty ones. Power and greed are the prime motivators for the agenda, as the fruits of it make obvious. I judge not the sheep, but the Shepard's of the movement. The sheep have only the collective mind, its the wolves that show the true intent. Ie. Gore and his adultress flying in their private jets to the Antartica to protest global warming and carbon usage.

The socialist-idealist left has long embraced some very weird ideas, that keep cropping up time and time again, by all appearances, independently of each other, which suggests an underlying pseudo-logical chain of thought that leads to the same bizarre conclusions.

One of these is the “1-in-10” idea, that is a reoccurring motif, with several variants. One is that they, the socialist elite, are the top 10% of humanity that should rule over the other 90%. This predates even the name “socialism”, and can be found in the writings of Ralph Waldo Emerson and the slavery apologist George Fitzhugh.

At the same time, the “1-in-10” idea also applies to the genocide of the human species, that 90% of people should be exterminated. People like the radical environmentalist Dave Foreman, of Earth First!, and Dr. Eric Pianka who proposed wiping out most of humanity with ebola, are in this group.

Another motif is the “state of nature” theory. Originally it was part of a twisted philosophical rewriting of the Bible, though not an actual book, with mankind taking the place of God. The “state of nature” replaced the Garden of Eden, with man being expelled from nature because he has embraced the ideas of good and evil, which have led to industry and machines, intellectualism and culture, taking us further and further from this state of simplistic virtue.

Ralph Waldo Emerson was also a firm believer in this, but modified, so that instead of living like an animal, man would live in isolated, rural and communal villages, never developing or changing. The job of the elites would be as itinerant travelers, who would go from village to village, keeping the locals from ever improving themselves.

Other believers in this include Dave Foreman, and many others who embrace this Luddite idea of the ideal future.

Add these two really awful ideas together, and you see the “idealism” of socialists, as well as communists.

So there “agenda” amounts to three things:

1) Wipe out 90% of mankind.
2) Destroy all civilization, culture and history, and keep it destroyed.
3) Rule over the remaining 10% of humanity, as the 1% over the 9%.

Yes indeed! Peace, Poverty and more Poverty! AND a new lib buzz phrase: “- - - “equitable resource governance” or ERG.

BTW, the last I checked erg was a unit of energy.

Sorry for the digression! Okay, the WWF says all of us have to join hands and hum in unison. WOW! I can hardly wait!

Oops! Who is going to be the “Governance” who metes out the “Resources” in an “Equitable” manner?

How will his/her Governance force us to do what we refuse to do?

Hoo-boy! There are a lot of problems that have yet to be solved!

Well, the WWF will find a welcome home in our District of Corruption, as that is how our Political leaders have been non-solving our problems for generations!

BTW, BTW, I vote for “The Invisible Hand” to be the new High Poo-Bah Governance.

No! Not the Freeper. You know, the one that Adam Smith wrote about hundreds of years ago!

00:24:33 The state still says we're moving in this direction. 00:24:35 They move all of the structure for people. 00:24:38 >> Wait. 00:24:39 They're moving away from socialism, state capitalism if you will. 00:24:49 We are moving toward it. 00:24:55 China will make mistakes. 00:24:58 In the 19th century, we made horrible mistakes. 00:25:02 Civil war, very few human rights and massive depressions " you could buy and sell -- you can still buy and tell congressmen in america but in those days they were cheap. 00:25:14 >> Glenn: We know who they are and we're just haggling over price now. 00:25:18 >> Right. 00:25:19 So china will make mistakes like we did. 00:25:22 We had a great 20th century, though, even after the mistakes. 00:25:25 Don't worry, there will be plenty of mistakes in china. 00:25:31 >> Glenn: I know there will be. 00:25:36 The power they wield -- we have 20 seconds. 00:25:38 Can I ask you both to come back and maybe do another hour with you on the trouble that china has. 00:25:48 I need a yes and no answer from you both. 00:25:50 Chinese officials are worried about instakt in their own country. 00:25:56 They know how delicate the situation is and that they are on a powder keg. 00:26:00 >> Very delicate. 00:26:01 >> So does washington. 00:26:01 Washington is sitting on a powder keg, too. 00:26:03 >> Glenn:@Ño8ú ÷xlU úl-p@=0/yxÑKñú x÷ ço@çDúxÑVutsoMé çzóÑúWs ñ Zog3 cçm?o8÷pvP oñ @xoóçñ÷X Ow ú h çv @Ioç kn:Wo n z n q?
