Damn. I don’t follow stupidity so I didn’t know this was coming up. I’d have gone out in front and left all the cars idling in the driveway.
No, actually, I'm pretty sure it's Fox making Fox look timid and semi-flaky. (No denigration of Sun intended)
I did join in the festivities and turned on some extra lights and I only wish this were more publicized — our reactions to their stupidity — so that we could actually have a measurement from the power companies of America. Did total consumption go up or down?
It’s like a way of voting against envirocommunists. I voted with my light switches.
If we were home, I’d be doing the same thing.
However, I did not notice any change in the lighting around here last night. It didn’t seem particularly darker to me.
Lights are on for sure...I just wish I had the cajones to burn a tire too...
Left’s slogan: Let There Be Darkness!
I HATED that Star Trek episode. The town gets destroyed during “red hour”, but when red hour is over, the town is still destroyed and the zombie-like citizens aren’t cleaning up. Those windows don’t just fix themselves for the next “red hour”. Plus the whole computer being confronted as being “illogical” and blowing itself up plot got old after the third time I saw it.
