Romney tries to cut off Newt’s SuperPAC funding (twisting the knife).

I’ll post the Nevada results later. Romney won big there in 2008 (51.1%) because of the heavy Mormon turnout at the caucuses and is expected to do so again.

The big story was the revelation in The NY Times that the Romney campaign, both directly and through Jewish emissaries, has been trying to convince Sheldon Adelson to cut off further funding of a pro-Newt SuperPAC:

Winning isn't good enough for Romney, now he must go after a superpac because his precious feelings are hurt.

Hey Rommy, if you think Newt's superpac was harsh, wait until you get a taste of Obama's death star superpac (with MSM cream filling). You precious feelings won't be the only thing that gets hurt.

Romney is an obama clone. They will not tolerate criticism. Someone better tell Mittens he may have taken Floriduh and Nevaduh, but now he’ll deal with the rest of us.

GO NEWT!

We are gonna lose so big.

I don't think we've reached that point yet, but we need to consolidate the Conservative vote behind one candidate now if we're going to have any chance.

Won't Mitt's Magic Underpants protect him from all that?

There are so many Republicans who simply will not vote for Mitt. I’m one. I think he’s got a lock on the nomination, and I think his popular vote totals will be shockingly low.

(The Blaze/AP) — President Barack Obama has spent time with around 25 wealthy donors who paid $35,800 each to talk with him behind closed doors at a Washington hotel. The hourlong fundraiser Friday afternoon at the upscale Jefferson Hotel near the White House was closed to press coverage.

Romney is scum.
I am tired of lds saying people wont vote for this BHO white clone because he is mormon.
98% of morons are now voting for him.
Protestants votes are split 50/50 between Romney and the others.
mormons are now exposed as the lock step cultist that they are.
Romney will never be elected, mormonISM will be exposed for what it is.

Gettin there pretty fast.

We sure are, and overcoming Newt's "woman problem" is going to be a challenge in the primaries and in November.

I sure wish Bachmann had done better. I think she would have been a better choice than any of the remaining candidates.

Same here. Obama is creating a vacuum into which a real conservative needs to step.

Romney isn't conservative at all. He is just a rich Mormon missionary pushing his LDS agenda.

Romney will be totally destroyed by BamBam and his buddies and it will be almost fun to watch. He will be getting exactly what he deserves. The problem is, on his way down he will destroy the Mormon religion in most peoples minds, the republican party, and, because he will cause Obama's re-election he will destroy the country.

Great job there Mittens and minions.

Whoever is hated the most will lose this election. We are already to the point where we cannot stand most of these people running for President. Now, it comes down to whoever can spend the most money to promote hatred toward the other candidate. Money can buy lots of negative air time. The T.V. networks are happy to get cash from all candidates and both parties, while many of us are sick about what has happened to our country.

The ignorant fools in this country haven’t learned a darn thing in the last 4 years. Not one thing. They voted obama into office and he is in the process of destroying everything in his path. Now the very same fools want to put a clone of the socialist into the WH.

It is clear that they cannot be depended on to make a decision regarding a candidates qualifications, but only on whether he’s pretty enough or black enough or gives a pretty speech (doesn’t matter that it’s laced with lies as long as he looks good while giving it).

Yep, it’s pretty clear that some vote with two senses, sight and sound. If Romney wins the nomination it will once again be the fault of the same people who rode the obama bus to hell. Now they worship at the Romney temple. I will hold them in contempt for their blindness and stupidity.

FNC just showed that Nevada picks losers.

Nevada picked Mitt last time around (McCain came in third with only 13%) and picked Hillary over Obama.

By these standards, Newt did pretty well with his 23%.

Also, one of the reporters (Jerry Doyle, can't remember) said only 1% of Nevada voters came out to vote. Pretty pathetic and not over by far.
