A Georgia judge has ordered President Barack Obama to appear in court in Atlanta Thursday for a hearing on a complaint that says Obama isn't a natural-born citizen and can't be president.
Orly Taitz, the California attorney who brought the legal challenge to Obama's name on the March Georgia presidential primary ballot, says this is what she has been working for over the last three years.
"This will be 100 times bigger than Watergate," she said Saturday morning, referring to the scandal that brought down President Richard Nixon in 1974.

OT is such a ditz that she does more harm than good on the eligibility issue. Have to hand it to her, though, for her tenacity.
Come on, everyone knows Obama is as American as grass skirts, pineapple upside down cake and poi poi.
Hmmmm...completely ignore and trash the Constitution vs completely ignore a Georgia Judge....what oh what will he do? [hint - he’s already ignored the Consitution more times than one can count].
Unless this judge has the authority to effectively keep his name off the ballot, it will go nowhere.
That said - it is my fervent wish this Judge reacts harshly to the no-show and invalidates his candidacy in Georgia.

I would be willing to bet a paycheck there is a narrow prayer rug that travels with him on Air Force One, anywhere he goes.

Between now and Thursday, there will be a reason why this entire issue will be swept under the rug. No one really thinks that Hussein Obama will actually appear at a hearing in a Georgia Courthouse . . . cm’on man!

The Democrat Party says the charges are serious, which means they require a serious response.
A serious response would be to produce an original COLB, not a multi-layered pdf version of one, nor an abstract of one.
Taits must think she is Gloria Allred? Watch how she gets blocked, and unmentioned in the MSM Press. This would probably be front page news and 24/7 reporting till 11/06/12 if it was Newt’s citizenship that was questioned.
What RAT actually said, the charges are “serious”. I have not heard that previously.
I don’t know about the other men part, but I KNOW I heard him say in an interview that the “Muslim call to prayer (from the Indonesian Minarets, I presume) is the sweetest sound he’s ever heard”....
I never expected the Messiah to show. It is legally sufficient that his legal representation appear. My comments were directed at representation in any sense of the word.

If Newt or Romney or O’Rielly or Hannity or Rush would talk about this, something might come of it. I heard Hannity poo poo a caller yesterday simply because she said obama grew up in Indonesia. All the politicians and all the talking heads are in on the screw.
Let one politician bring it up and Fox will join the rest of the media in making him look like a fool. In fact, they’d probably produce records showing the man had been in a nut ward when obama can’t produce a birth certificate or a high school year book.
Actually, Orly Taitz has been doing a great job. She has kept this issue open and recurrently brought it back into the limelight, despite all of Obama’s efforts to bury it.
I don’t think she was a constitutional expert, but she values our American freedoms. And the only reason that she hasn’t won is that the deck is stacked against her—or anyone else who questions our gay, criminal, Communist, Muslim, Kenyan-Indonesian, fake President.
I hope the judge has good security surrounding his home and courthouse. He might have an “accident”.

As much as deride the man whose brain apparently is nothing more than a life support system for his hair, I must say that technically speaking, obama's sojourn in Indonesia has absolutely nothing to do with whether or not the guy is a Natural Born Citizen. So Hannity was right. The question is not a good one.
And that is true even if his nanny was a gay transvestite. (Which IS true!) If obama were a Natural Born Citizen, that status could nor be removed from him during his minority by a foreign interlude, nor by adoption by a foreigner who got him an Indonesian Passport, etc. It is obama's sire that is the problem.
Unfortunately, Hannity is no exception. This subject is taboo on the radioo.
That’s actually correct that he’s not a “natural born citizen”. In order to be a “natural born citizen” BOTH your parents must be citizens.

I’ve been a member of this site since August of 2000, and that’s one of the best posts I have ever read. Well said, DO; thank you for putting it in better words than I ever could.
All except for the fact that the Constitution does not contain that requirement.
