Why do people still watch Fox News if they keep putting on people like Karl Rove?

If it wasn’t obvious he was backing Milt before this, that spot made it chrystal clear.

Why does any of surprise anyone? Rove clearly wants Romney, so what’s he supposed to do? Play nice and let his,at present, chief rival walk away from the crowd without a mark. This is about electing a President. People here at FR have been intense about their opposition to Romney and have not been gentle in their comments. That’s okay, Romney’s fair game, but so is Cain, and trumping up a charge is while aver the edge, hardly unheard of.The only problem will be is that as the GOP and conservatives eat their own it makes President Obama 2.0 more a reality. That’s the tragedy.

I wouldn’t be surprised at all if it was Rove and his hired thugs that “Leaked” this story to Politico..anything to help their butt boy Romney win

Better to have this come out this October than next October. Cain will be able to survive this. Hits now will only make him stronger to fight the commies next year.

Rove is again slamming Cain

Yep. I normally turn Fox off the INSTANT Rove appears on the screen.

But this time I watched. I wanted to see if Rove would stick up at all for a fellow Republican.

Short answer is no he didn't. Rove sounded like a typical MSM news analyst, pretending to be unbiased but throwing in the little digs. And that's about what I expected.

This whole thing is a bunch of nonsense..I mean really, what is Cain accused of doing anyway? Saying something to some woman, never touched her, just said something..who cares..the only ones that will actually make a fuss about this are people who have NO lives. Herman Cain is just fine, he is a good man and I have NO issue voting for him. He has my full support

The establishment truly believes they can work morning, noon, and night against Sarah, back Murkowski, back Scazzafava, and back Crist.
And then if they only manage to maneuver pro-abort, pro-gay marriage, romneycare, assault rifle banning, draft dodging, open borders, global warming backing, Romney into being the candidate,,,, that they can give me the finger and say, “so where else you going to go?”

They think that,, don’t they? I haven’t had a conservative to vote for since 1988. BushI, Dole, BushII, McCain. It’s my turn to drive,,,

If they succeed in pushing Romney to the front, that either means they have no respect for me at all, or they must not need my vote.

There is a class of REPUBs who are determined to see Obama reelected. The only question is..... why.

Any REPUB who is not going after the RATS everyday in everyway does not deserve to get anywhere within 100 miles of DC (Rove included).

What slays me is that Rove defends his slams of Cain saying that Fox pays him to provide impartial opinions, but then he defends Romney against the WH attacks without conceding that Romney is a world class flip flopper.

This is being odiously disingenious.

I am getting sick of Fox repeatedly putting this jerk front and center to not so subtly attack Cain.

Not just Fox. Hannity regularly puts the fat little puke on his radio show, calls him "THE ARCHITECT". It's the main reason I stopped listening.

Whats really going to make me laugh is when they think a conservative in the basically meaningless veep position will lure me back.

No dice,,,

Neither Romney or Rove are "our own". They are dems in sheep's clothing.

Karl is a PRO at planting negative stories to achieve success for his clientele without regard for any consequences his innocent victims may suffer.

(SOURCE: Wikipedia)

1992 George H. W. Bush presidential campaign Rove was fired from the 1992 Bush presidential campaign after he planted a negative story with columnist Robert Novak about dissatisfaction with campaign fundraising chief Robert Mosbacher Jr. (Esquire Magazine, January 2003). Novak provided some evidence of motive in his column describing the firing of Mosbacher by former Senator Phil Gramm: “Also attending the session was political consultant Karl Rove, who had been shoved aside by Mosbacher.” Novak and Rove deny that Rove was the leaker, but Mosbacher maintained that “Rove is the only one with a motive to leak this. We let him go. I still believe he did it.”[25] During testimony before the CIA leak grand jury, Rove apparently confirmed his prior involvement with Novak in the 1992 campaign leak, according to National Journal reporter Murray Waas.[26]

If the choice is between Romney and Obama I will not vote the top of the ticket. Let the moderates put Mortimer in office, I still need to look in the mirror every morning.

DITTO!!! Haven't watched Fox in almost a year. Tokyo Rove is the reason why I no longer watch Fox or listen to Hannity, for the most part.
