Skip to comments.Karl Rove on O'Reilly slamming Cain ... again!
Posted on 10/31/2011 5:15:45 PM PDT by disraeligears
Rove is again slamming Cain (practically begging that folks demand from the National Restaurant Assoc. disclose documents) and then vigorously defends Romney against Plouffe's attack) It is transparent that he is a shill for Romney. I am getting sick of Fox repeatedly putting this jerk front and center to not so subtly attack Cain. F'em.
and to hell with Ace, Red State and 90% of National Review.
I just watched it. He darn near gave a campaign speech for romney. Gritting my teeth.
I think Karl’s incessant attacks are actually helping Herman Cain at this point.
It will take Karl about six months to figure this out.
Let him keep talking.
Cain’s staff said he received twice the normal daily donations today.

Why don’t you turn that crap off? The Chargers are playing the Chiefs. This game matters more than Karl Blove.
born December 13, 1945 in Memphis, TN (Meets the Jus Soli Requirement)
Luther Cain Jr., born March 16, 1925 in TN, died March 29, 1982 in Atlanta, GA
Lenora Davis, born July 27, 1925 in GA, died August 20, 2005 in Atlanta, GA
Both parents were US Citizens at the time of his birth (Meets the Jus Sanguinis Requirement)
Herman Cain is a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN
Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama ISN'T!
Click on the cane, (Go Cain.)
Karl Rove is trying to take Palin’s job as king maker!
I think it’s odd that Rove comes up to the Hermanators’ chin....;-)
“Let him keep talking.

My husband and I were two of them.
Karl Rove is pimping this:
I wouldn’t be surprised at all if it was Rove and his hired thugs that “Leaked” this story to Politico..anything to help their butt boy Romney win
Ha ha! Brit Hume just said that all perry had to run with in the beginning was ‘his perryness’. That’s a good one.
He’s always been the GOP elites hitman. The elites who hide in the shadows and send Rove out to do their dirty work.
Rove has slammed every candidate EXCEPT Romulus. That should tell you all u need to know about Rove. The same type of elites who worked to make sure Reagan did not get the nonimation, are the types Rove is working for now.
On Fox I only watch Fox and Friends on weekdays on DVR in case people like Rove show up.
Got it Karl. That is just another chit in the column to determine who is responsible for the Cain character assassination.
Arrogance gets them everytime.
Why do people still watch Fox News if they keep putting on people like Karl Rove?
If it wasn’t obvious he was backing Milt before this, that spot made it chrystal clear.
Why does any of surprise anyone? Rove clearly wants Romney, so what’s he supposed to do? Play nice and let his,at present, chief rival walk away from the crowd without a mark. This is about electing a President. People here at FR have been intense about their opposition to Romney and have not been gentle in their comments. That’s okay, Romney’s fair game, but so is Cain, and trumping up a charge is while aver the edge, hardly unheard of.The only problem will be is that as the GOP and conservatives eat their own it makes President Obama 2.0 more a reality. That’s the tragedy.
Better to have this come out this October than next October. Cain will be able to survive this. Hits now will only make him stronger to fight the commies next year.
Yep. I normally turn Fox off the INSTANT Rove appears on the screen.
But this time I watched. I wanted to see if Rove would stick up at all for a fellow Republican.
Short answer is no he didn't. Rove sounded like a typical MSM news analyst, pretending to be unbiased but throwing in the little digs. And that's about what I expected.
This whole thing is a bunch of nonsense..I mean really, what is Cain accused of doing anyway? Saying something to some woman, never touched her, just said something..who cares..the only ones that will actually make a fuss about this are people who have NO lives. Herman Cain is just fine, he is a good man and I have NO issue voting for him. He has my full support
The establishment truly believes they can work morning, noon, and night against Sarah, back Murkowski, back Scazzafava, and back Crist.
And then if they only manage to maneuver pro-abort, pro-gay marriage, romneycare, assault rifle banning, draft dodging, open borders, global warming backing, Romney into being the candidate,,,, that they can give me the finger and say, “so where else you going to go?”
They think that,, don’t they? I haven’t had a conservative to vote for since 1988. BushI, Dole, BushII, McCain. It’s my turn to drive,,,
If they succeed in pushing Romney to the front, that either means they have no respect for me at all, or they must not need my vote.
There is a class of REPUBs who are determined to see Obama reelected. The only question is..... why.
Any REPUB who is not going after the RATS everyday in everyway does not deserve to get anywhere within 100 miles of DC (Rove included).
What slays me is that Rove defends his slams of Cain saying that Fox pays him to provide impartial opinions, but then he defends Romney against the WH attacks without conceding that Romney is a world class flip flopper.
This is being odiously disingenious.
Rove is a Romney Rat.
It's Monica who improves the scenery tonite. Oooops--sexual harrasment blurb.../sc
Not just Fox. Hannity regularly puts the fat little puke on his radio show, calls him "THE ARCHITECT". It's the main reason I stopped listening.
Whats really going to make me laugh is when they think a conservative in the basically meaningless veep position will lure me back.
Neither Romney or Rove are "our own". They are dems in sheep's clothing.
1992 George H. W. Bush presidential campaign Rove was fired from the 1992 Bush presidential campaign after he planted a negative story with columnist Robert Novak about dissatisfaction with campaign fundraising chief Robert Mosbacher Jr. (Esquire Magazine, January 2003). Novak provided some evidence of motive in his column describing the firing of Mosbacher by former Senator Phil Gramm: “Also attending the session was political consultant Karl Rove, who had been shoved aside by Mosbacher.” Novak and Rove deny that Rove was the leaker, but Mosbacher maintained that “Rove is the only one with a motive to leak this. We let him go. I still believe he did it.” During testimony before the CIA leak grand jury, Rove apparently confirmed his prior involvement with Novak in the 1992 campaign leak, according to National Journal reporter Murray Waas.
Hitting a fellow republican when he’s down. An in a halloween costume as an egg! What a loser.
Yes, Mr. Rove Cain has gotten TOO CLOSE to the throne room???
If the choice is between Romney and Obama I will not vote the top of the ticket. Let the moderates put Mortimer in office, I still need to look in the mirror every morning.
DITTO!!! Haven't watched Fox in almost a year. Tokyo Rove is the reason why I no longer watch Fox or listen to Hannity, for the most part.
Fox News pays Karl Rove to trash Republicans, that’s his job..honest impartial opinion my a@@..I saw what Fox News was last night when WHOREaldo Rivera was begging Cain to call the station, saying “We all support you here, call us, tell us your side of the story” HAHA yeah sure, they all love Cain over there..I couldn’t stop laughing when I heard him say that, biggest bunch of BS ever..Fox News has been covering this idiotic story more than any other network
It's the thirst for power. They want that inside-the-beltway popularity boost so they can be invited to the best frou-frou parties and get invited to sit next to Chuck Schumer on "Inside Washington". You see, it doesn't matter that Republicans are and always will be second-class citizens among the liberal cognoscenti. Like Bob Michel, they've come to accept their minor status and crave the attention.
If Cain wins, the state-controlled media will be on the inside looking out - along with all the Republicans In Name Only.
My first donation today also ...
There are only two things that Rupert Murdoch and Roger Ailes are interested in: power and money. As long as you keep watching, they keep making lots of money.
Okay, Ailes has a big-time interest in food.
I stopped watching FNC six-months ago and am much happier.
>>.The only problem will be is that as the GOP and conservatives eat their own it makes President Obama 2.0 more a reality.Thats the tragedy.
The GOP elite are socialists. They’d rather see the communist Obama re-elected than see their goal of European socialism for the USA set back 20 years. They’re finally getting past where they were in 1980 and now us unwashed masses want to elect another Conservative!
If we get “repub” Romney,, then the Obama revolution stops on this plateau for 4 years,,,and nothing “Obama” gets rolled back. After a few years of “our turn”,,the dems resume their agenda with only a short interruption. And the nation thinks,,”well,,that was conservatism”.
Better to let the GOP learn an extremely bitter lesson ,,HARD. Then take over the party from the establishment, and try again in 2016.
I’ve been saying for days now that the Perrywinkles were a bunch of unsatisfied women swooning at the hairpiece’s picture.
Excellent point! If God forbid, Romney gets the nomination, we'll hear from the Chicken Littles who will tell us that "you've GOT to vote for the Republican!!!" I can then respond "Nah, they don't need my vote!"
