BTW, I noticed that word "paratransit" is capitalized in this article and sometimes not. It's capitalized when it's part of the name of the company and not capitalized when it's a generic description. It's like if a taxi company was named "Bill's Taxi:" sometimes it'd be "the taxi driver" and sometimes it'd be "the Bill's Taxi driver."

It’s the name of that branch of the bus company or authority, so capitalizing it is appropriate.
