BTW, I noticed that word "paratransit" is capitalized in this article and sometimes not.
It's capitalized when it's part of the name of the company and not capitalized when it's a generic description. It's like if a taxi company was named "Bill's Taxi:" sometimes it'd be "the taxi driver" and sometimes it'd be "the Bill's Taxi driver."
Thanks - although I'm well versed in the rules as in, "He wants to be president" vs "President Bush left the WH", I've just never heard the the term "paratransit" before So I forced myself to look it up and discovered:
"Paratransit is an alternative mode of flexible passenger transportation that does not follow fixed routes or schedules."
