Let’s see, what are some other examples of Morganthau’s brilliance??

(1) was the architect of Social Security, among other aspects of the New Deal
(2) proposed the dismantlement of Germany and forcible return to an agrarian economy
(3) establishment of the IMF

“100% tax on capital gains over 6%”?
Wow, it really is true that the more things change the more they stay the same, isn’t it? DC is just like Hollywood, recycling the same old movies hoping they’ll work better this time around and invariably ending up even worse than the original...
