T he above was taken from the 7/7/2011 Reuters article "Nanny" Defamation Case Resumes Against Casey Anthony" Link below.
In that Reuters article, Anthony has said in court filings that the nanny she identified was a different Zenaida Gonzalez with a different car and fewer children than the plaintiff. So, she is saying that a real human with that name exists? Secondly...
If Zenaida Gonzalez filled out a card at Sawgrass Apartments and if that was the place that Anthony told the police back then she last saw Caylee, what will Anthony say now?
1.) Same apartment, different Zenaida Gonzalez, or 2.) different apartment, different Zenaida Gonzalez?
If she goes with 1.), then there are two Zenaida Gonzalez's connected to the same aptartment complex? If Anthony says she didn't know about the Zenaida who supposedly filled out the card there, then how did she pick that apartment complex to tell the cops she dropped Caylee off, the same one apparently connected to the Zenaida Gonzalez who supposedly filled out the card, yet connected now to a different Zenaida Gonzalez, yet Anthony knew nothing of the Zenaida Gonzalez that filled out the card there? What are the odds of that????
If she goes with 2.), then that position would be undermined if she told the police back then that it was Sawgrass Apts. where Caylee was last dropped off at, and if Casey Anthony gave the cops the name Zenaida Gonzalez in connection with Sawgrass Apts. then - and not another apartment complex. Were Anthony to say that she pulled the name Sawgrass out of the air, then what are the odds of pulling that apartment out of the air at that time back then, especially since it was the apartment where the Zenaida Gonzalez that is suing Anthony supposedly filled a card out at?

Casey seems to have locked herself in on Zenaida G. being a real person, and if so, it is either option 1.) or 2.)
Either one that Anthony picks, Zenaida has a much easier job in winning a civil suit.
And why is it necessary for anyone to engage in ad homs and say in that article that Zenaida was just trying to cash in, given that ad homs prove nothing, and given that this is a resuming of a lawsuit, which changes the equation.

Zenaida is a real person, says she was never Caylee’s nanny, and is supposedly connected to Sawgrass apts through the filling out of a card there and is suing Anthony. It looks like Anthony is saying in court filing that the nanny she identified is a different Zenaida Gonzalez.

How convenient for Casey Anthony to find that Zenaida Gonazales Fernandez on that registration card at the Sawgrass Apartments that day. Just shows how an evil, conniving mind is always on the prowl.
I wonder how many Zenaida’s go by the nickname Zanny.
Oh, it must be true than! Casey Anthony said it and she would never lie to clear herself of a crime or lie to get someone in very bad trouble. She’s not even out of jail and she’s up to her old tricks.
We should be taking bets as to how long before she’s back in the clink with a big lie on those angry guppy lips of hers.
If I remember correctly, a friend of hers got her the name from the apartment building. Someone else will have all the details.

A typically stupid lie of Casey’s that could only be believed by 12 people enpannelled in a courtroom in Orlando.
At this point anything said by Anthony carries zero weight.
Caylee's remains were found just in back of these two properties.
