Dissent is only patriotic if you are dissenting from a Republican administration.
Liberals don’t have consistent standards on what is or is not allowable.
Burning holy books or flags is okay if liberals do it. It’s not okay if conservatives do it. Liberals doing these acts is part of some political protest. Conservatives only do it to show hatred, according to the liberal view.

Yeah, I don’t see what all the fuss is. After all, Americans have a long history of burning objectionable stuff during protests. Sheesh! It’s not like he was setting someone on fire like they do in Mideast...

I would like to know what law he broke that warranted his arrest. Nothing on the video showed he was arrested. What did I miss? He was escorted away from the area by New York's Finest and then was chased by rabid media.

The liberals can burn flags and Bibles because the conservatives who hate these acts have enough respect for their constitutional rights that they stand by and let the liberals have their protest.
Whereras liberals have no tolerance for that type of dissent or demonstration. To them, anyone burning a symbol they hold in reverence is a demonstration of hate, and hate is banned in the liberal world.
