LOL!

I’m considering a tat...not a freaking billboard ad.

;]

[might not be a misspelling...maybe she should have her blood sugar checked]

How about a nice Celtic ankle chain or bracelet instead of a tat? Personally I like the look of a delicate ankle chain and best of all it's REMOVABLE.

compared to say...

Heh heh heh.

I’ve heard horror stories of Americans getting an Asian character tattooed somewhere visible (like the neck) and later finding out that it means something completely different than what they asked for.

The only one that I ever *kind of* wanted was an eagle, globe and anchor. Decided not to, and at 48 I don’t regret it.

Thanks for the funny reply and encouragement (?)..I don't knit, I shoot sometimes at my daughters...am getting use to using my new 20 gage and she lives in the middle of a wooded area. We shoot across her pond into the hill behind it or into the water so I can see if I am shooting what I aim for. (pond plants etc). My son in law ( my favorite one) is a good teacher and I am getting familiar with handling and loading. Pretty soon I will be comfortable enough to bring it home...

One of my younger granddaughters took my dog for a walk down by a small creek that is the boundry of my land and there was an large 8 point buck dead by the waters edge...I think it was from a car cause his back legs were in horrible condition and don't know how he made it the 600 feet from the road to the creek... Another son came out and cut off the antlers. He is a big hunter both bow and arrow and gun....he said rattle antlers can sometimes bring in a buck when he's up in the tree.

All the while he was sawing off the anlers he kept mummbling, God, I wish I had shot this one, hes a biggy... I figured if I kept the gun at my house before I get good at handling the gun, it could be used against me...I live in the country also, but not as far from town as my daughter..>P> Granny is way too old to date cycle or anyone else..

I never got any tattoos. Never saw the reason for it... but after THIS diatribe, I WOULD seriously consider putting an EGA and USMC on my forearm...

It IS a warrior thing!

Wife and I were out the other day and saw a young woman with hip huggers and a tat across her lower back.

I mentioned tramp stamp and since Wife has led a VERY sheltered life I had to explain it to her. She had a hard time coming to grips with it and how many young women have them.

What is REALLY amazing is how many yong women have no problem showing ANYONE their tat pretty much no matter where it is! A group of us older guys used to meet at one of the local watering holes weekly. The barmaids would often pull off peices of clothing and show us their latest tats on their hips, inside thighs even below the belly button.

Maybe they figured we were harmless, LOL!

Even more that tatoos in general I hate older people with tatoos...the ULTIMATE of a bad example, poor role modeling. From a medical perspective I tell EVERYONE that doctors have to have endless regulations of clean needles and proper disposal monitored by the federal regulating agency of OSHA ...NO ONE monitors the parlors and can you TRUST the gross tatooist to use clean needles and to not save money and reuse needles?. CAN WE SAY “HEPATITIS C” LOUD ENOUGH????? If someone took the time to do a study my bet is Hepaits C explodes in subjects with tatoos!
