Having been in on the Customer Service side of Commercial Aviation for almost as long, I can understand EXACTLY what the flight attendant went through. Stupid move, but if you’re going to go out, you might as well do it in STYLE....

All in all, things could have been worse. He could have dumped the cursing passenger out the door minus the chute.
Some of the public really should be required to book a ticket on a cattle car, a sheep wagon (big potential Muslim market there), or some similar vehicle designed for moving those with Beastly Behavior Syndrome.
