Obama has nothing to support his eligibility, AND he has hits against his eligibility. So what now?

Posted on 02/27/2010 5:32:56 PM PST by capacommie

Lingle sends out a boilerplate letter that says she can't say anything. The Hawaii Attorney General's office won't corroborate Janice Funkino's statement that Obama was born in Hawaii. Fukino is breaking Hawaii's information laws which REQUIRE her to provide an uncertified copy of a vital document once the party of interest has already published it in non-redacted form (which was done by Obama). She does not provide the COHB because...it does not exist! She is also breaking Hawaii's laws which require her to provide a basis for her public statements, which she has refused to do. Obama's potential names are not listed on the Hawaii indexes (Obama, Soetoro, Dunham, Payne) Obama's certificate number is impossibly ordered. =forgery So Obama has nada to support his eligibility.

Further Obama has hits against his eligibility. He admits he is ineligible as cosponsor of S.R. 511 which spells out that McCain is a natural born citizen because he was born of 2 US citizen parents on a US possession military base. He admits twice in publication that he (Obama) was born British. If we are to believe his story line since, he is STILL a British citizen to this day.

A natural born citizen has NO other citizenship ties at birth by virtue of place or parentage, than American. So Obama was never a natural born citizen (and this status cannot be granted later, either).

So what now? Technically, he cannot even "prove" he's 35 and a resident for 14 years, let alone the higher standard of being a natural born citizen (not just a statutory US citizen, which the bots have obfuscated with for 2 years---no statutory US citizen can EVER be a natural born citizen, and vice versa). So really, there's nothing complex about this situation. No vitals, no school records = ineligible...push the point=STILL ineligible.

Further, he acts like a madman, the 25th should kick in at the very least.

I'm sorry, but Bill O'Reilly has investigated this, and he says it's bogus.

Glenn Beck says that you are more dangerous than Osama Bin Laden for thinking along these lines.

So I am afraid that I am going to have to ask you to step back from the fraudulent president and to please return your head to its rightful place in the sand. /sarc

Isn’t O’Reilly a known sex pervert?

Didn’t Beck on his show admit to being a recovering alcoholic who also said on the air that he had a serious porn addiction?

I am not sure if The Leprechaun is also an alcoholic.

You accept that the courts are going to do nothing about it. Hope to get some states to require proof in the future, and in 100 years it will be an obscure political oddity like Chet Arthur.

In the mean time we hit him with everything we have that actually gets traction.

Most educated and informed citizens know that Obama is ineligible to be President, but they are unwilling to do anything.

The Democrats will lie about anyhting to protect one of their own.

The Republicans have shown no backbone and no leadership. I am not sure if their concern is being called racists or that they really just don’t support the Constitution.

Citizens should be concerned that no one is willing to discuss this issue and that BOR and Glen are calling it a conspiracy and denigrating any proper discussion of this issue.

Hopefully Obama will be a one term and the historians will document the facts.

“You accept that the courts are going to do nothing about it.”

Excuse, but isn’t this called “treason” and “tyranny”??

I tend to want to hope for something called a “future” for my progeny.

Like I said, the courts aren’t going to do anything. I didn’t say I disagree with you.

I wonder why this doesn't have any traction?

White House Accused of Federal Crime in Specter, Bennet Races

For the second time in five months, the Obama White House is being accused -- by Democrats -- of offering high ranking government jobs in return for political favors. What no one is reporting is that this is a violation of federal law that can lead to prison time, a fine or both, according to Title 18, Chapter 11, Section 211 of the United States Code.

The jobs in question? Secretary of the Navy and a position within the U.S. Agency for International Development.

The favor requested in return? Withdrawal from Senate challenges to two sitting United States Senators, both Democrats supported by President Obama. The Senators are Arlen Specter in Pennsylvania and Michael Bennet in Colorado.

Look at the bright side. Since being a natural born citizen is no longer an adhered to requirement, maybe John Howard can run for POTUS in 2012?
