President Barack Obama, accompanied by Hindu Priest Sri Narayanachar Digalakote, uses a candle to light an oil lamp in observation of Diwali, or the 'Festival of Lights,' a holiday celebrated across faiths in India, Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2009, in the East Room of the White House in Washington.

U.S. President Barack Obama smiles after signing an Executive Order restoring the White House Advisory Commission and Interagency Working Group, and observing Diwali in the East Room of the White House in Washington, October 14, 2009.

He’s always celebrating something. That is unless it’s freedom.
But the SOB couldn’t find time to attend the national prayer breakfast. But any muslim or hindu celebration and he’s right there. What a disgusting puke and a disgrace to the office he holds.
“Thou shall have no other gods before Me.”
- GOD

Pay no attention to those people around me....
I won a Nobel Peace prize and...I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night....
I thought he was christian. Praying to false gods is a bad thing.
I have an insane frown that won't go away until that red SOB is done.
... or Christian.

“And now I’d like to welcome Vice-President Biden, who has prepared some remarks about the wonderful contributions that Indians have made to our society.”
This Executive Order thing is like government agencies enforcing their unregulated power through force...

I don't know about Hindu religions, so tell me...
Just who is Obama bowing to now? The Hindu priest? The oil in the lamp? A reflection of himself in the silver lamp? Who?
Whoever or whatever...it is not presidential, nor Christian. But, neither is Obama.
Oops! Misread the title — I thought it said “Caption Obama celebrating Da-willie” (Clinton)!
Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that bowing gesture with the hands together is called "namaste" which signifies,
"I bow to that inherent in you" (That refers to divinity, or "that which is divine".)
"I respect divinity within you that is also within me."
"The light within me honors the light within you."
With Obama's narcissistic ego thinking he is god-like, it's not surprising the fraud is willing to do it. Christian, he ain't.
The World holds its breath as Obama meets with the last Air-Bender.
Can hardly wait to see how he celebrates Christmas.

"Finally, a good engravement for my new world currency..."
Lonely Bull - I had to comment on your post...just here to educate and not criticize. Some facts about India:
- Albert Einstein said: We owe a lot to the Indians, who taught us how to count, without which no worthwhile scientific discovery could have been made.
- There are 3.22 Million Indians in America. 38% of Doctors in America are Indians. 12% of Scientists in America are Indians. 36% of NASA employees are Indians. 34% of MICROSOFT employees are Indians 28% of IBM employees are Indians 17% of INTEL employees are Indians 13% of XEROX employees are Indians
- India never invaded any country in her last 10000 years of history.
- India invented the Number System. Zero was invented by Aryabhatta.
- India invented the technique of algorithm used in computer science today.
- India invented the making of camphor (MODERN chemists know how important this chemical is).
This doesn’t begin to scratch the surface of the contributions the Indian culture has made to the world. Go to www.sciforums.com to learn more.

By giving us coal in our stockings.

I was referring to Joe Biden's comments as a senator:
Joe Biden Commits Racial Slur, Where's the Outrage? (2006)
With that in mind, as captured by C-SPAN, Senator Joe Biden (D-Delaware) recently made some comments concerning folks from India that were not at all flattering. As of yet, there appears to be no media outrage.Heres what Biden said:
In Delaware, the largest growth of population is Indian Americans, moving from India. You cannot go to a 7/11 or a Dunkin Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent. Im not joking.
So my reference was to having a vice-president with a history of...interesting statements, including this one.
In other words, the joke isn't on people of Indian descent, in the US and elsewhere. In fact, if people of Indian descent had contributed little to the US or to the world, the ironic contrast on which this joke rests (the contrast between their achievements and what then-Sen. Biden implied) would've been missing, and the joke would've fallen flat.
Instead, the joke is primarily at the expense of Joe Biden. Even if he was truly trying to praise them, he wound up speaking poorly. The joke is secondarily directed at a situation where someone with a history of odd blunders wound up becoming the vice-president, without much attention from a biased press.
LOL!
