At what point does a liberal become a Stalinist?

The first adjective that comes to mind for "liberal" may be "touchy-feely." The best adjective for a Stalinist might be "murderous." That's a pretty big difference. I would never want to mistake a well-meaning liberal for a nasty Stalinist. At the same time, I hope we don't fail to spot any Stalinists who might be looking for mischief and pretending to be liberals. Certainly the mainstream media aren't interested in the difference.

I never thought there was anything touchy feely about a party that treated minorities as tho they couldn’t possibly survive and thrive in the USA without ‘their’ help.

Black children can’t learn in the classroom unless they sit next to a white child.

Black people can’t get a job unless the standards are lowered for them.

Black students can’t possibly earn college admission without special categories that allow them admission without meeting the criteria.

What is touchy feely about that? More like bigotry in action.

A well meaning liberal has served in the Peace Corps in very impoverished countries and has sacrificed of themselves for their beliefs.

A Stalinists believes that everyone (else) should sacrifice for the common good. Community organizing is not a sacrifice. Community service could be and usually is.

This nation was established with the declaration that ‘life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness’ are unalienable rights endowed by the Creator to each individual. Liberals of a varying shades and degrees of gray believe they can do it better.

Almost all liberals believe there are “no enemies to the left.” in practical politics that means that when they are in charge the trend will always be leftward with Communism/Stalinism as the endpoint. To the Liberal, a Communist is just a Liberal with the courage of his convictions.

Watching two year old minded adults has little to no humor value for me. Although I will have to admit that watching old Hillary get into a war of words with the N.Koreans and then them sticking a very sharp pointed (Bill Clinton) pin in her 'I AM' Secretary of State hot air balloon, did have an amusing affect upon me.

There has to be a very fine line between the obsessed and the possessed.

Remember in the Bible ( the book of Mark chapter 5 ) where Jesus delivered a man possessed by a evil spirit named legion ?
Jesus came by boat to this town and outside of this town was a man in chains and possessed....
When Jesus confronted him, the spirit cried out and told Jesus ..

( 7 And cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with thee,

Jesus, thou Son of the most high God?

I adjure thee by God, that thou torment me not.

8 For he said unto him, Come out of the man, thou unclean spirit.

In some cases, we are not dealing with mindless dopes... we are dealing with something else....

Ah, I too have been getting 'error' reports, but I thought it was just my machine.

I will not dispute what Jesus did or said. And there does appear to be the 'spirit' of slumber upon the majority which allows the evil spirits to cast their spells. However, there is also that spirit of each individual and it alone can be just plain base.

And then there is a plague of mental illness that could disguise all three of the above.

Paul tells US what the 'war' will be not of flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Ephesians 6

This includes the four pillars of any civilized society, political, economic, education and last but certainly not the least religious. Which if you think about it Christ reminded US of that most important of the commandments, Thou shall have no other gods before me. Stalinist have become the gods of the knowledge of good and evil. They pervert the good and perfect the evil with lies, deception and hypocrisy ... playacting the good part.
