This is in follow-up to my post on Tuesday: "The Day I asked a question and got the MOTHER of all answers"
The implications of the following account is that the President's REAL NAME did not appear on any ballot, in any state.
That's just one of MANY implications. Let me preface by saying an AMENDED birth record could indicate that the President was adopted by either Lolo Soetoro and/or His grandparents, the Dunhams.
My story:
I have serious reasons to believe that Janice Okubo and/or Director Fukino, Department of Health in Hawaii are under duress. Something is preventing Director Fukino from making statements that she has the statutory authority to make.
And my story coincides with the recent revelation that the President is a Natural Born Citizen and born in Hawaii, all along.
On Monday, on a whim I decided to try my hand at a question for Ms. Okubo, Communications Director for the Department that holds the President’s vital records.
In a nutshell, this is what I asked her:
–Ms. Okubo–
If the Director made this statement:
““Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures… ”
…she has the statutory authority to answer this question:
“Is the Director of Health for the State of Hawai’i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, able to state they have verified that the Hawai’i State Department of Health has President Barack Obama’s AMENDED original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures?”
Please reply with her answer.

You see, they have the same statutory authority over an Amended Original Birth Certificate that they have over an (unamended) Original Birth Certificate.
No one has to attest to an Amended Original Birth Certificate’s existence. By virtue of STATUTORY AUTHORITY she can make this statement, AND she clearly says so.
But, to my surprise, at 11:47 p.m. on Monday, July 27, 2009 I got the press release in answer to my question with the recent revelations and now the words ‘VITAL RECORDS’ are referenced.
Now, taken at face value, the press release seems to affirm the question I asked, but I wanted clarity. So I asked specifically if the Director could make a statement that she has the STATUTORY AUTHORITY TO MAKE:
“As Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, I have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has President Barack Obama’s AMENDED original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.”
But I got this in return: “The director has nothing further to add to her statements.”
More than once. I even asked if she can make the statement if she was compelled to. Nothing.
I let Ms. Okubo know that I fear something is preventing them from making statements they have the authority to make. And told her I was compelled to tell someone.
Not that anyone will care, but I have alerted the media in detail.
I have the emails to corroborate.
I am VERY concerned.
Something really stinks! OBOZO is hiding the most basic, fundamental document that is the very foundation of each of Our Lives!
Why is OBOZO HUSSEIN hiding his Birth Certificate?
There must be a really freaking BIG REASON! When the reason is divulged, there are going to be a lot of Red Faces and now one will be O’Reilly’s, Obozo’s official boot licker:-)
Let me add that I am a liberal/feminist/progressive that voted for Hillary Clinton.

After this ‘Birther’ debacle, I will never let partisan politics hinder my friendships and camaraderie with conservatives again. We are all in this together.

Do you think the state run Jon Stewart media cares who planted the seeds of doubt of Bama's eligibility? A Hillary Clinton supporter. And it took two books for Bama to tell his story without any supporting evidence that he is who he says he is.
Sadly there is no Barbara Olsen on the scene willing to dig out the there there about Bama like Barbara did about what Hillary hid about her own history. So it is not like this is a precedence set by Bama hiding his records. JFKerry would never release his military records and remember what the Jon Stewart media did under the leadership of Dan Rather over George Bush and his military records.
Why would you a Hillary supporter expect Bama to act any differently.... and whatever Bama is hiding you think that it is conceivable that Hillary does not know what is hidden? Yet she let him run circles around her and left her high and dry and only the second woman to be Secretary of State. She is just a mere secretary, globe trotting, and doing the bidding of a man once again.
Do you seriously believe there is a dimes worth of difference in the ideology of what Hillary stands for and what Bama is literally doing? They both went through the same Alinsky training camps.

Bama's apparent interest is NOT in obtaining his own records as he already knows exactly what they reveal. His tangible interest is in keeping them under 'state' seal because apparently it is NOT in his interests to release them.
Liberals with straight faces claim the Constitution is a 'living' document. And some of them are just more equal than the rest of US to keep the document alive by breathing into it what they want it to mean.
I have no doubt that someone, somewhere knows full well what Bama is hiding and so long as they are getting their reparations they are not going to 'leak' what he keeps hidden. But the whole house of cards could collapse when and if Bama can't deliver.
I have absolutely no problem with that, Miss Tickly. You're a civil person with a strong interest in seeing the truth come out about Obama's constitutional eligibility, so I say, welcome to the team.

Hawaii statute says that only someone with a TANGIBLE INTEREST in a vital record may request a copy.
That’s all I meant by that. Legally, Hillary can’t get a copy of Obama’s vital records.

I realize that you support Hillary, so do not take offense when I remind you how she illegally got her hands on FBI files when she was copresident. She is now the Secretary of State and she controls the passport office and that birth certificate would also be in that office and IF it served her interests she has access to what is hidden. And she is well practiced in the art of leaking without leaving a trail. And NO I am not suggesting that I think Hillary should break the law to reveal Bama's secrets. Just there is a history of liberals Foleyzing conservatives to take power.
It obviously is NOT in the interest of the leading ruling party of liberals to demand of Bama to put out for the whole world to see what the 'records' literally demonstrate his actual living history documents. And they have so intimidated the high minded RHINOS into seeing fit to come forth and shake their haughty faces at their least respectable constituents over asking obvious questions.
