Hi, Meg. I found that picture and the roses were so pretty that I decided to post it also. LOL

Been kinda busy today; still haven’t been on my bike. I missed it yesterday also. My Bad!!

Marissa was sick last night and still has a slight fever. Everything has stayed down since early this morning. I thinking it is just a 24 hour thing and am keeping my fingers crossed.

Happy you are going to get some PT..I have done it for 2 dislocated shoulders and it hurt ..but helped me tremendously..My shoulders were frozen...could not move without agony..and we had to get them unfrozen..I am a believer in PT.

Great! You'll do great with PT. I just finished up some a couple weeks ago. Over the years I've needed PT a few times and swear by it.

You’re too funny, Lady! Do you think if I sat on my washer, it would help my sciatica nerve or kill me??

I have a couple of people who are familiar with the place I will be going for my physical therapy and they tell me they will really help me and also said the personnel there were so friendly and nice to everyone! I sure don’t need any grouches. I told a friend of mine the other day that some of the gals who work in doctor’s offices could run the doctor’s patients away, with their sometimes attitudes! Its like they are working there without a paycheck!
