Ira Einhorn, Earth Day's Dirty Secret
The Magic City Morning Star ^ | Apr 22, 2006 | Ken Anderson

On this, the 36th anniversary of Earth Day, it is only fitting to speak of one of its founders, Ira Einhorn.

You won't find Ira Einhorn's name listed in any of the Earth Day promotional literature, as the organizers have taken great pains to distance themselves from this man, at least since he became better known for composting his girlfriend in a trunk in his closet for a couple of years in the late 1970s.

The writer is a blogger located somewhere in Maine. He allowed me free use of this article a while back for some school work.

I've posted an excerpt here, it's worth a read and it's worth sharing...

I wonder if Arlan Spector has visited him in prison, now that he’s back in the USA.

this article a while back

I've never ever heard of Ira Einhorn let alone given any thought to "Earth Day".

I'm forever amazed at the info I read on this site......

Ira was a monster of the first order. Fortunately, he’s locked up permanently.

I hate earth day for many reasons:
1. every day is earth day - take care of the earth and she will take care of you.

2. Have you ever seen a picture of the condition the libs leave earth on this day?

I thought of a very interesting thing for us conservatives to do at our next rally or gathering. We are constantly given a raft of crap about being anti environment. Everyone attending our next event should simply fold up one of those plastic grocery bags and put it in their back pocket. Use it to carry away our trash and leave the area spotless - what a picture.... Conservatives leaving the earth cleaner than their liberal counter parts. That is a picture that would be worth at least 10,000 words - of course with ZERO coverage by the LSM. Come to think of it I didn’t see any pictures of the aftermath of the tea parties, must have been a “clean protest”.

Ira Einhorn — lived in France because he couldn’t be extradited, basically given sanctuary because of the possibility that he’d be sentenced to death after a US trial conviction.

I wonder if Arlen Spectre visted him in France, since it was Arlen Spectre who made it possible for Einhorn to flee the country by working to reduce his bail.

THX for correcting my spelling of our fine Republican (in name only) Senator, Arlen Spectre. He certainly has demonstrated a wonderful ability to judge character.

The rally I attended on 4/15 in Morristown, NJ was left absolutely spotless.

It is a natural habit of conservatives to respect the environment and have respect for others... without giving it any thought.

Compare and contrast with the mountains of trash left behind by the Obamatrons after the inauguration ceremony.

This weird bastard was defended by RINO Arlen Specter, and protected by the French. I never forgot that bit about Specter; another reason to distrust him.

Still incorrect. It’s Specter.

When people ask me why I’m not a Democrat I usually tell them it’s because I don’t hate human beings.

Stupid suedo-hippies. 4 billion years is a long time.

“”””Compare and contrast with the mountains of trash left behind by the Obamatrons after the inauguration ceremony.”””””

I recall seeing a before&after picture of a field where a hippy “save the world” concert was held.
The before picture showed a nice pasture of green grass. The ‘after’ picture was trampled mud with hundreds of plastic water bottles scattering the ground.

Captions at the bottom of the picture listed things like how much gas people used to drive there.... how much electricity was used.... how much trash was collected....

I wish I could find that picture.

Einhorn had this uncanny knack of moving on just before LEO came knocking at his door.

Ironic that his support network didn’t work too well in France.
