Sacha Baron Cohen is a fraud, says senior Republican tricked into bedroom for gay seduction scene wi

After the huge success of Sacha Baron Cohen's films Ali G In Da House and Borat: Cultural Learnings Of America For Make Benefit Glorious Nation Of Kazakhstan, you'd think people would have wised up to the comedian's disguises. But it appears not everyone recognises the comedian when he's dressed up as his third alter-ego, gay Austrian fashion reporter Bruno.

Texas congressman Ron Paul, who was a Republican candidate for the 2008 presidential election, was left fuming after he was unwittingly tricked into a hotel room with Cohen's Bruno character.

The right-wing politician was tricked into being a target of seduction by Bruno last summer by posing as an economic reporter.

After Paul briefly appeared in the trailer for Cohen's forthcoming film Bruno: Delicious Journeys Through America For The Purpose Of Making Heterosexual Male, he realised he would have to explain himself to voters. Speaking on America's ABC radio this week, angry Paul condemned Cohen for lying and accused him of 'fraud'. During an interview with presenter Curtis Sliwa, Paul was asked how he ended up in a hotel room in such a compromising situation.

To: what's up

I’m probably not going to see it either - but dressing up in a velcro suit and then going to the fashion show to interview people backstage is pretty damn funny.

“”There is something seriously mentally wrong with Ron Paul. This is VERY consistent.”

Somehow the US Air Force and the Texas medical licensing board have overlooked Ron Paul’s supposed mental illness for many many years. Undoubtedly because it doesn’t exist.

It seems that Paul was the Pennsylvania 220 yard dash champion as a schoolboy, graduated from Duke University Medical School, served the Air Force as a flight surgeon, delivered 4000 Texas babies while carrying out zero abortions, has been married for 52 years to the same woman, has 5 children and 18 grandchildren, and is a Baptist.

I’m not a Ron Paul supporter, but I am even less in favor of baseless personal slander. You are demeaning this website by unreasonably personalizing your political disagreement with Ron Paul. I don’t agree with him either, at least on foreign policy, but I think he’s a sincere man who has led an impressive life. And I certainly would rather have him in the White House instead of Barry Obama.

“but he is also a puffter.”

I think if he was a puffter, he’d have stayed and done it, not run out in horror.

I wouldn’t mind being seduced in a hotel room by her.

Oh I’m outraged. I’d have kicked him right in the groin. Lying fraud. He can’t get a job doing work, all he can do is be fake and think he’s all that. GRRRRRRRRR

***Wayne looked at the man, turned as though to leave, then backhanded the bodyguard, who fell to the floor, where Wayne knocked him out by crashing a chair on top of him. The party noise stopped.***

Awesome. Simply awesome.

The title you used

"Ron Paul Nearly Gets Laid, Then Realizes it's Sacha Baron Cohen..."

was a no-match for the source and link you provided. Please do not make up your own title nor alter the title of any published material. Just use the original published title. Thanks.

The movie had funny segments, but was mostly just sad.

The critics apparently mostly got from it that ordinary Americans are unsophisticated and stupid.

What I saw was kind, decent people struggling to be tolerant of a foreigner who didn’t know how to behave. I did notice that the New Yorkers in the movie were a whole lot less willing to tolerate him than the Texans.

This guy uses fraud and deceit to lure people into humiliating situations so he and other idiots can laugh at their humiliation.that people would defend him really shows how far we have fallen as a society

Celebrities like Cohen always make me think of that move " a face in the crowd"
