LOS ANGELES -- Pop star Rihanna was reported on Friday to have reunited with her R&B singer boyfriend Chris Brown, less than three weeks after he was alleged to have assaulted her.
People magazine said Barbados-born Rihanna - who had hits with "Umbrella" and "Disturbia" - and Brown were spending time together at one of the homes of hip hop mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs.
"They're together again. They care for each other," People quoted an unidentified source as saying.
"While Chris is reflective and saddened about what happened, he is really happy to be with the woman he loves," the source said in a report on People's website.

There is no difference between what happened here and a garden variety domestic assualt except the celebrity of the parties involved.
Unlike most victims, however, Rihanna could have walked away without worrying about how to support herself. It only goes to show that the same pattern repeats itself, again, again, and again.

I am just wondering why I would care what actors, rock stars, sports stars, homos, liberals and such are doing? To hell with all of them.
I’m a family law lawyer too. One of my collegues calls this “reconciliation sex.” He says he doesn’t know from personal experience, having been, like me, married forever but that his clients seem to think it’s great. Some people enjoy chaos. It’s like a drug. I learned a long time ago (been doing this over 30 years) not to trust an abused woman. Sorry, I know that there are good people out there who really are victims but all too often, they are playing out some junk in their minds and/or chlldhoods and go with/stay with the abuser because it’s actually more rewarding to them than a normal relationahip.
Why do some women do this? Brown “allegedly” smacked Rhianna around and she goes right back to him because he probably said oh baby I’m sorry it won’t happen again, I love you, bla bla bla and like a fool Rhianna goes running back, I’ll never understand that, never.
Will she stick with him when he’s in jail for a year or two.
This does not drop the charges.
I hope that together they can offer a comprehensive solution to the economic woes the world is facing such as what to do with Collateralized debt obligation and couter party liabilities. These and many questions beg to be answered, and we all know Hollywood that great intellectual incubator, will heed the call.
I’ve never read her bio but I’m sure this was how both she and he were brought up.
Look for more tabloid headlines in the future. They will be an inexhaustible font of domestic calamity. Until he kills her of course, then look forward to the trial of the century.
That poor girl needs therapy going back to that punk.

Domestic violence of any type is awful. Some girls and women never learn. My son worked with a young woman who’s boyfriend struck her with a hammer. She “loved” him and didn’t want to report him to the police. My mother in law lived with her abusive husband for 54 years. Sad but true. Rihanna is no different. She is just a high profile victim.
My niece put up with her abusive ex for approx. 15 years before she filed for divorce. That cost her around $10k because she then decided to go back to the jerk.
She eventually refiled and went thru with it till the end but the ex has made her life and the two daughters' lives absolutely miserable since the divorce was finalized .....He's a wacko and just plain needs to be shot.
I am with you. I know some abused women from my past involvement with CPS and other useless governemt agencies.
SOME (not all) deserve everything they get.

She maybe easy on the eyes and fairly talented, but this chick is stupid.
