I always enjoy it when you see a picture of a place that's remarkable and different and you never heard of it before. So that's what I've got here. One view from space and one from the ground. Click the source link to get the story; click the picture to see it full size.

I suspect, though it's not labeled, that the picture below shows the coast from the coastal side of the range. Very, very pretty.
