Dallas police say around 3:30 p.m. a 15-year old boy shot. It looks like someone who celebrates kwanzaa writes/proofreads the articles for this particular news department.

OMG I would never have thought such a thing could happen. Lots of urban blacks getting together. Thank God they didn’t hold it at a Wal-Mart, there could have been a stampede and more people crushed.
