Sorry for my late (for time difference sake). At first thank all of you very much, though the time you wasted on debating are much more than on my paper... Anyway, forget the paper, I found answers through yahoo.

This comment is likely to "refuse" a few of us. You are either, as you say, non-english-speaking, or having us on.
I'd suggest that if you are not having us on, you spend a week doing nothing but surfing the site and reading the posts before making a judgement.

Diabetes is an inherited disease, and obesity later in life usually brings it on due to improper eating habits. Cinnamon (1/2-1 tsp) daily will help insulin resistance, however do not take more than 2 tsp. daily. Oatmeal is one of the best places to use that cinnamon, or Medditerranean cooking. Cinnamon is not as affective post menapause for PCOS women. It does increase energy. Does Soy help? I have no idea. An Endocrinologist usually does not actually see diabetes patients until their A1C is above 7.
