It is kind of hard to make it happen when I have two small children at home. Until it happens, I can only enjoy “Billy Goat Trail” in Potomac river with my children.

Looks like a poorer version of Staten Island. I’m sure those houses were originally built for the blue collar lower middle class who subsequently moved elsewhere.

My folks live right across Cook Inlet from this volcano. My mother said they had two small (~ mag 4) earthquakes yesterday.
