Obama again whispers that American people are dumb and racist
The Weekly Standard Blog ^ | 10 Sept 2008 | John McCormack

“A lot of people have gotten nervous and concerned. Why is this as close as it is? And what’s going on?” Mr. Obama said, speaking to about 300 people over dinner at the Greystone Mansion. “We always knew this was going to be hard – this is a leap for the American people.”

In reality, Babs helped Obama bank $11 million last night. While addressing the Hollywood crowd, Obama blamed his campaign's difficulties on ... the American people.

Hmmm, why does Obama think that voting for him "is a leap from the American people"? Is he not-too-subtly pinning his problems on his racist countrymen? Or is he referring to legitimate anxieties Americans might have about their president meeting with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad without preconditions?

One of the favorite lines of the Obama backers is to say that one needs to be “open” minded. Obviously, not agreeing with them is a sign that one is closed minded, racist, and stupid if they won't agree with Obama or vote for him.

Also, if you don’t for a dhimmirat, you’re obviously stupid.

This is what they’ve said in every election since I can remember.

It really makes people want to vote for them, I guess...

I know I really feel intimidated when they call me stupid; makes me want to change my ideology just so I’ll get their approval. /sarc

It sure is a LEAP to turn over the keys to the most powerful office in the world to some guy who hasn’t accomplished a damn thing in his entire life.

If it does happen, January 20,2009 will be the day that America jumped the shark

I would not ask, I would have done it already. Blaming the American people for his problems. Awwww, poro sito.

Poor baby.

This guy should be in jail, not running for president. The real American people, the patriots, the loyal people of our country, would never vote for him anyway. There is no leap. We just blatantly will not vote for an American hater.

I guess he's implying that his race is the only thing that voters don't like about him, if he was shite his radically left wing politics would be fine and dandy with white voters.

Well, since you don't have a clue Senator Obama here's one at no cost;

I don't care if you're black, white, red, yellow, purple, or green, your skin color is irrelevant. But I don't vote for pro-abortion, pro-gay privileges, anti-2ndAmendment, pro-muzzie, anti-semitic, pro-socialized medicine, tax-raising, far left socialist candidates no matter what color they are. .

Oh yeah Senator I forget one other reason I won't vote for you, I don't vote for fake "Christians" either.

If you're really a Christian, why do you not join a real Christian church instead of a gang of angry, radical, liberals who meet in a building that looks like a church to express their hatred for Jews and conservative whites and then claim that's what Christianity is all about?

And of course there's that baby killing thing, do you really think Jesus approves putting imperfect newborn babies on a shelf and leaving them there unattended until they die? You must, because thanks primarily to your untiring lobbying against it and your nay vote, the IL legislature voted down a law prohibiting that horrible practice. I seem to recall hearing something from the bible about Jesus saying that it would be better for a man to be thrown in the sea with a millstone around his neck than to harm one of these little ones, did you ever hear anything like that in your "church" Senator?

I pass a group of intersection protestors every Sunday around noon. It’s the typical anti-war crowd, yet lately, additional racial signs have been added to the mix. The drivers at this giant intersection politely ignore them and I think they are hurting their cause more than generating support or votes. Signs like this only bring people to anger: “Bush Ignores Vets” “Troops out Now” “American’s Still Racist” and “Racists for McCAIN” “Stop Racism””Bush Destroys the Environment” “Bush Cheney Impeach” and lots of global warming crap.

They must feel good doing this because I doubt it brings anyone to their cause. Who wants to read the hate stuff or insulting accusations of racism. They unknowingly drive Independents from their corner. I hope their signs and chants become more obnoxious and further damages their campaign as time rolls forward!

Go to russia or mexico, or venezuela. Then maybe they will have a different outlook on the country that puts up with their crap. Because I guarantee, those countries will not.

The general public will reject this race-baiting intimidation. Ultimately they will (are) alienate the independents as this is the group of voters they’re supposed to be appealing to. Instead they’re too dumb to see that calling names only serves to inflate their own egos and weaken their position.
