(2008-03-27) Sen. Barack Obama, the Democrat presidential front runner, today reiterated his intention to stand by his controversial pastor despite his presidential rivals remarks that she would have left the church where the Rev. Jeremiah Wright preached racially-charged, anti-American messages.
I could no more disown my hateful, racist, self-aggrandizing, crazy uncle of a pastor, said Sen. Obama, than Hillary Clinton could quit her deceitful, adulterous, self-aggrandizing husband. But if a purging must happen to unite this divided party, I say to my esteemed opponent, You first, Hillary. You first.
Sen. Clinton said this week that she would have quit Trinity United Church of Christ, noting that you dont choose your family, but you choose what church you want to attend.
Apparently, Sen. Clinton was not only victim of an unfaithful husband, said Sen. Obama, but also the victim of an arranged marriage stuck with a husband she did not choose.
Obama’s current preacher was cheering and patting Wright on the back when he was making those anti-American statements. Obama should leave the church if he wants to be truthful.

Hahhahahahaaaa. Funny thing is that I could see Obama saying this. He always seems one step ahead of the Hildabeast (even more than Bubba, imo).
Wow... And to think, I left my synagogue and stopped making charitable donations to them when the head Rabbi spoke out for gun control. I found another synagogue... I guess there must only be one church in Chicago. That must explain why Obama didn't search out another church. Weird, because I know that there's more than just one synagogue there... And I always thought that there were more Christians than Jews in Chicago. I guess I was wrong!
I guess I'm just weird that way... Disassociating myself from those who make what I believe to be distasteful remarks.
