Why? were the dog’s black??
To: Red Badger
The lawyers do not have to play the race card. The local DA already has accused the feds of taking the case over because of celebrity and race.
Also, the city of Atlanta is pretty much split on racial lines. If Arthur Blank (Falcon's owner) suspends Vick they will have a whole lot of empty seats this year. And if they don't probably the same.

Yep, The Dirty Birds are in a no-win situation. If I were their owner, I’d say Mr. Vick is innocent until proven guilty, and then I’d ask the new NFL commissioner for a recommendation on how to discipline Vick.

Gives more credibility to the nickname “National Felons League”.

This money was chump change to what he was getting from an honest career.

And where are the PETA people when you need them?

Nothing but silence form the PETA.
It's a flip comment for now, but before its all over they will have volumes to say

Is there a Cesar Milan for NFL players? A football whisperer?

Why is anyone shocked by any of this?
NFL has been nothing more than overpaid thugs for a long time.
Personally I’d be shocked if there aren’t more folks in the sport engaging in this and other similar activities.

If I had NFL quarterback money, Id be playing with my Ferrari, Ford GT40, Corvette and Porsche.
And rebuilding some 60s and 70s muscle cars.
Are you my twin? That’s exactly the “stable” of cars I would want!
