I have this picture, on my wall, of a Bald Eagle whith an American flag, Not a Bush bot but he is the best thing this country has had in a while.
I forgot to add the caption. We will not waver: We will not tire: We will not falter: and we will not fail. Peace and freedom will prevail.

No argument from me, but now, even a substantial portion of Freepers hate him....
It appears our nation can no longer recognize an honest and good man.
I will never forget this brave man standing in the rubble of the world trade center telling the world we will never forget, even though so many have.
Neither will I....and he has done what he said he would do.
I suppose his conservative critics would have preferred John McCain in office, because that was our other choice. Now there is a real conservative...not!
The nation deserves what happens to it in the future for turning their back on him and the constant conservative progress he has made for the nation.
I was accused of being a Bushbot by my MAJOR-LEAGUE LIEberal family over Christmas.
Confession time: I haven't spent Christmas with this MOST of this group since I was a child, and several of these folks were complete and utter strangers to me.
I found it kind of fun, and most refreshing, to propound and announce a completely new and foreign point of view to them.
The highlight of my night, and the entire time spent in below-freezing even at midday temperatures (other than taking my friends daughters to the farm) was when one of my "Dyed-in-the-Wool, No Compromise" NDP/left LIEberal cousins said:
"I know you're wrong, but your argument is unassailable.
In other words, he knows I'm RIGHT, but cannot admit it to himself.
Unfortunately, these are the folks who have been propagandizing my grandma for the last 25 yrs whilst I've been elsewhere. Any ideas on a quickie reversal on her commie ed?
I'm sorry, but I have no quick fix.....for many libs, reality has nothing to do with life.
Sounds to me like you have made an excellent start on their reeducation though. Just keep up the good work, and make them prove their points. They won't be able to.
