In the new Rasmussen poll, Casey leads Santorum 49-39%, and the new Keystone poll shows it 45-38% with Casey ahead. If Santorum is going to make a move, it had better start happening soon...
I suspect YOU are the goner here.
The Cat Came Back
(Version 1)
Written By: Harry S. Miller (with later folk additions)

Old Mister Johnson had troubles of his own
He had a yellow cat which wouldn't leave its home;
He tried and he tried to give the cat away,
He gave it to a man goin' far, far away.
But the cat came back the very next day,
The cat came back, we thought he was a goner
But the cat came back; it just couldn't stay away.
Away, away, yea, yea, yea
The man around the corner swore he'd kill the cat on sight,
He loaded up his shotgun with nails and dynamite;
He waited and he waited for the cat to come around,
Ninety seven pieces of the man is all they found.
But the cat came back the very next day,
The cat came back, we thought he was a goner
But the cat came back; it just couldn't stay away.
Away, away, yea, yea, yea
He gave it to a little boy with a dollar note,
Told him for to take it up the river in a boat;
They tied a rope around its neck, it must have weighed a pound
Now they drag the river for a little boy that's drowned.
But the cat came back the very next day,
The cat came back, we thought he was a goner
But the cat came back; it just couldn't stay away.
Away, away, yea, yea, yea
He gave it to a man going up in a balloon,
He told him for to take it to the man in the moon;
The balloon came down about ninety miles away,
Where he is now, well I dare not say.
But the cat came back the very next day,
The cat came back, we thought he was a goner
But the cat came back; it just couldn't stay away.
Away, away, yea, yea, yea
He gave it to a man going way out West,
Told him for to take it to the one he loved the best;
First the train hit the curve, then it jumped the rail,
Not a soul was left behind to tell the gruesome tale.
But the cat came back the very next day,
The cat came back, we thought he was a goner
But the cat came back; it just couldn't stay away.
Away, away, yea, yea, yea
The cat it had some company one night out in the yard,
Someone threw a boot-jack, and they threw it mighty hard;
It caught the cat behind the ear, she thought it rather slight,
When along came a brick-bat and knocked the cat out of sight
But the cat came back the very next day,
The cat came back, we thought he was a goner
But the cat came back; it just couldn't stay away.
Away, away, yea, yea, yea
Away across the ocean they did send the cat at last,
Vessel only out a day and making water fast;
People all began to pray, the boat began to toss,
A great big gust of wind came by and every soul was lost.
But the cat came back the very next day,
The cat came back, we thought he was a goner
But the cat came back; it just couldn't stay away.
Away, away, yea, yea, yea
On a telegraph wire, sparrows sitting in a bunch,
The cat was feeling hungry, thought she'd like 'em for a lunch;
Climbing softly up the pole, and when she reached the top,
Put her foot upon the electric wire, which tied her in a knot.
But the cat came back the very next day,
The cat came back, we thought he was a goner
But the cat came back; it just couldn't stay away.
Away, away, yea, yea, yea
The cat was a possessor of a family of its own,
With seven little kittens till there came a cyclone;
Blew the houses all apart and tossed the cat around,
The air was full of kittens, and not a one was ever found.
But the cat came back the very next day,
The cat came back, we thought he was a goner
But the cat came back; it just couldn't stay away.
Away, away, yea, yea, yea
The atom bomb fell just the other day,
The H-Bomb fell in the very same way;
Russia went, England went, and then the U.S.A.
The human race was finished without a chance to pray.
But the cat came back the very next day,
The cat came back, we thought he was a goner
But the cat came back; it just couldn't stay away.
Away, away, yea, yea, yea

IBTZ

For my sake you must stay,
for if you go away,
you'll spoil this party
I am throwing.
I'll stay a week or two,
I'll stay the summer through,
but I am telling you,
I must be going.
bye.
Your screenname (temporary though it will prove to be) is very accurate. But your fishy wish is not supported by facts.
We shall see
IBTZ! ... I smell ozone ...
IBTZ!!!
Here come cats...
I heard Casey is brain damaged
ya think The Keystone state would elect a retard like him?
if they are going to do something they better do it quick
Your problem Young Democrat Virtual Campaigner is you are putting your faith in polls that use Junk Methodology to generate sweeping swings in poll results to keep poll junkies buying their poll master's products
All this methodology does is give the Poller an excuse to over weight his sample one way or the other. It not science, it is marketing.
should have posted in all caps...
You're not going to win either house.
It was a nice try.
What's your screen name over at DU?
Read this new FR posters comments since he joined LAST WEEK.
Almost every thread is about midterm polls and every comment is about how the numbers show the Republican candidate has no chance.
Fishywish, you certainly suck at being a troll.
November is going to be a very depressing time for some. Not me though. Hadn't you heard? Rove has an October Surprise. Hehehehehe...
Remember, it ain't over til the leftists scream themselves blue about the poor disenfranchised illegal immigrants.
Do you have time to pull your thumb out of your ass?
May you have a disappointing November, friend. Here's a little dity I worte that I think applies to you.
Clowns Online and in Your Face
Clowns say things that make them feel better.
Truth takes second place to the wants.
They want someone to give them something, its simple.
They want to share what is not theirs,
What they havent earned,
And they want everyone to be treated the same,
In every way; they say its the collective,
That works best but must know it never has.
For where is the proof?
And why should mankind buy the fault?
Why must achievement and risk be subdued?
But for themthese short-sighted, selfish children,
They would gladly take it all and divide it up,
And take what they want to be their share,
With no regard for what is right.
And no regard for children after them.
For no child would eat after time has past.
As they do now regardless of standing and income.
Most couldnt love the children after all,
And many are never responsible.
Responsible? They laugh at the term.
Hell no, abort the baby! Its my right! They scream.
Maybe it is now but it is killing, isnt it?
Yes.
Hell no! Hold them not at fault!
Hell nodont tell them whats right! Dont examine whats wrong.
Right and wrong is not black and white after all
It must be gray. Gray as in stealing your neighbors things.
Gray as in lying to anyoneto everyoneand shading the truth which is the same.
Gray as in adultery, cursing Gods name, cursing ones parents, hurting a child.
Gray as in killing the unborn child.
And war? What is it that would cause anyone to kill another?
Never mind they are killing us and themits gray too.
Hell no, we wont go! Which is a good thing,
Because they would surely cause others to die.
Hell, dont bother them with factsto them, theyre all a fascist scam.
Their facts arent the same and are a lie. Why?
Agendaends justify the means.
They say, my facts only countI get them from reliable sources.
I laugh.
They say dare not ask anything of us in this sick society,
That values work and patience?
They dont. They want it now and we have to give it to them,
You see we must because they are.
And so they exaggerate, lie, craftily and not use language, clichés, slogans,
For its all they have to get what they want,
From anyone but themselves.
The last refuge of the clown,
That is the pliable brain of man.
Were you brain-damaged?
Are you on drugs?
Are you just dumb enoughbut smart enough?
Do you just hate yourself?
Why?
Why do you hate me?
Why do you hate America?

Poll numbers don't matter..Remember Kerry's exit poll numbers? We have the Rovian mastermind and we know all the Diebold codes. You will be lucky to maintain what seats you have in congress

Just so you know, that is officially "borrowed".
