There's a great write-up on foxnews.com in the foxlife section re: Hayes not backing out of South Park; he was hospitalized, and the rumormill had a field day.

Roll your TiVo's, people!
Uh oh. Looks like Tom Cruise and Isaac Hayes just thought they were pi$$ed about the $cinetology epidode. Should be very interesting.
I don't doubt the veracity of that report, but someone released that statement saying he was quitting.
I don't know what happened, but I don't think Hayes is so thin-skinned that the Scientology episode would lead him to quit. I'm more inclined to believe he did have a stroke and left for health reasons. Trey and Matt could just be getting ready to pull another fast one on us with all this hype about religion being the reason Isaac left.
Speculation was that it was a Scientologist "handler." According to that report, the Scientologists have somebody with him nearly all the time. Of course, that's typical of cult groups that they monitor their followers (not that I'm saying $cientology is a cult group).
TiVo ready to go!!!
THE BATTLE FOR MANKIND HAS BEGUN!!!
HAIL XENU!!!!!!!
Don't give him no damn tree-fiddy!
The little tiny bit of video teaser makes me even more uncertain what's gonna happen tonight.
Where the heck are they and what are they doing? :~D
I have a feeling they didn't even know all of what they would put on until this morning. A bunch of Korean kids probably died in creating this episode on such short notice.
I cannot frigen wait.

This is gonna be really sad if Hayes has been incapacitated this whole time while mean things have been said about him...even by Matt and Trey.
lol!
In this family we work for our tree-fiddy!
