Need Help With Apartment Numbers
Posted on 12/12/2005 4:29:09 PM PST by Vision
I want to collect the mailing address of every unit of an apartment complex so I can bulk mail to it. I have the building numbers, but I can't get the unit numbers inside each building because the front door is locked and the mailboxes are inside around the corner. I'm wondering if anyone can figure out a solution to this.
I hope I don't have to resort to buying a pricey mailing list.

I googled "hanes directory" and got nothing. What is it? Never heard of it.

Get the address of the complex and then send your swill junk mailings or ransom notes or whatever it is to Unit 1, Unit 2, Unit 3, etc.
Might work, who knows.
Then find another job.

You want to mortify one tenant by mailing something embarassing to the rest, is that it?
To: dakine
Damn skippy - the detectives assigned to interviewing and retrieving the "mail" from each and every tenant will be pretty pissed off.
To: Vision
Sometimes, "free" is exactly what you don't need.
The county has voter's rolls; homeowners rolls, there are many ways to accomplish this.
I have a similar need for an entire Homeowners' Association.

Check out the reference department of your local library and see if they have a cross-reference directory (sometimes called a criss-cross directory) that has listings by address instead of phone numbers. There may also be some on-line white pages sites that provide information you want in that format too.

----These doors are kept locked so that people like you cannot invade these peoples property or privacy. If you do not have these peoples true address, then you obviously do not know them and should not have access to their address.

I hope you are not threatening me on a website where your ISP number can be traced. I will assume you were just kidding because my statement did not call for you to threaten me .
