A real klippe is a remnant of a thrust sheet that has been isolated by erosion. So I don't think that this is a real klippe -- but the name is cute.
This structure is south of Etosha National Park, according to the following translated Web page:

On further review of the pictures on this page, it appears to be a very small klippe. The other structures are more classic klippes.
