Mo, 600 pounds is a lightweight. We once had a woman in our hospital who weighed a little over 900 pounds. The ambulance service could not bring her in their vehicle, so they put her into a wide bed truck to transport to ER. Once there, medical team had to go outside to treat her, as she could not fit on any gurney or bed in ER.
While she was being evaluated, maintenance was called to weld two hospital beds together. They did a fine job and wheeled the bed out to get her from the truck. She was actually able to trundle herself over from the truck to the bed herself, though.
After being tentatively diagnosed with pneumonia in ER, she was taken to the laundry to be weighed on the scales there, as others in the hospital would peg out too low. Then she was transferred to her room in the freight elevator.
Of course, she was ordered to have breathing treatments. The first time I saw her in the bed as I walked into the room, I could not see her head because of her immense body. We could not do blood work (blood gasses) because her arteries were too deep for our longest needle. The surgeons and anesthesiologist were holding their breaths that she did not need surgery because there was no way they could ventilate her without getting a vent from a zoo that is used to ventilate large animals.
But, you know, she was a nice lady. Her family took care of her by knocking walls down in her home so that she could get to the bathroom. But, they bathed her and cooked her meals.
So sad, but there are many out there just like her. And I haven't even mentioned the man who was hospitalized that was 700 pounds. LOL

Okay, so tell me about the entertainment. You have "people" in the basement again? Or worse, a teenage slumber party?

Daniel and I were having dinner at Wendy's
Daniel got up to get a refill.
A shaveheaded heavily tattooed skinny dude and his scrawny tattooed chick come in and get in line a couple behind him. He's pointedly facing away from the door, she says something like "MY GOD THEY'RE COMING!!!"
Cop in the door, gun drawn "FREEZE!" "DOWN! DOWN ON THE FLOOR!"
He drops like a heart shot pheasant, before he's all the way on the floor there are about half a dozen cops all over him and her like a candidate on a megadonor.
Someone says "get the kids out of the way." I say "Daniel Far corner!" He moves. Everyone else is still milling around *sigh*.
"Daniel? Put the trash can between you and the guns"... He does.
The cops scoop up the inked duo and spirit them out of the restaurant.
One comes back in and apologizes to the manager "We tried to take them down before they got inside"...
Minimal info to the peons, arrested for "outstanding warrants"
They were searching the car when we left, one baggie of presumed drugs. They were just popping the trunk when we left.
Very quick in-snatch-out. Nicely done. Just like on COPS...
There was a family sitting kitty-corner to us.
It was interesting hearing the woman explaining what happened and why to her 5ish-7ish sons.
Pretty matter of fact, straight forward.
They were in and out before anyone really had time to react, much less panic. That helped a bunch.
As I said, nicely done.
Oh yeah. The guy sitting at the table next to me said he was an MP and they (arrests) never went that smoothly in Vietnam...
(Did I mention he was in Vietnam? 'prolly 'splains the long face...)

Oh. Just your average run of the mill California dinner show, huh? I'm glad it went smoothly and nobody got hurt, especially you and Daniel. *Smooch*
"Everyone else is still milling around *sigh*."
Probably thought it was a movie scene or something. A lot of those folks aren't really in touch with reality....but then, you probably already knew that.
