I am so upset over this Bungling Burglar stuff. Joe DeGeneva (sp) just said it always takes this long to present their case, and they would never talk to him before that.

The fact that they got a search warrant to his house, etc. means that this is very serious, and the judge that issued it thought it was damned serious.

I will tell you something tho.... If they don't do something over this fiasco, I will probably never vote again. It will mean to me, that one party is no better than another and they all are in it together, (which I realize is probably true anyway) but this will be the frosting on the cake for me.

I am totally disgusted, and Clinton has the ghod-damned nerve to be laughing about it? Give me a break. That rotten SOB.. who the hell does he think he is? I hope somehow, somewhere, sometime they nail his assssss.

I am one p!ssed off voter. I've had it with all this crap they let slide. They'd better prove themselves on this one.. or else. :(

Tell me where I'm wrong?

Only in promising not to vote if this fiasco slides by without any action being taken. All the rascals need to be periodically thrown out and a fresh, uncorrupted bunch voted in. Everything else you wrote is right on the money. Democrats and Republicans alike, if they don't clean up their mess, they all need to be sent packing.

Yes. Isakson won. The good news is that Cain made a good showing and almost got the runoff he sought. Also, the race was between three Republican conservatives so even though a Cain election would have been wonderful, having Isakson win a Senate seat will be quite okay. As for Cynthia McKinney's reappearance as the Democrat contender for a Congressional seat, there is nothing to be said except that what Boortz called "the cutest little commie in Congress" is baaaaaaccccccccccccckkkkkkkkkkkk.

"Well, it looks like this one has legs, no matter how much the liberal press tries to hide it on page seventeen."

I noticed Clinton's gums were flapping yesterday and Daschle is "concerned" about the timing. Lord, I detest these people!

"Only very stupid media types could ever confuse "grave damage to national security" with the word "gaffe" which is defined as "a social or diplomatic blunder."

And are you suggested that the media is not inundated with these types? Most of these morons don't even understand the difference between terrorism and Christianity.

Resident Interrupts Burglary, Shoots Suspect

This happened in San Francisco. The resident is being charged with assault. He would likely NOT have been charged with assault if he hadn't shot the burglar OUTSIDE the apartment. Believe it or not, California has "a man's home is his castle" laws. But you DO NOT want to chase an intruder outside your house and THEN assault him, whether with a baseball bat or a gun. Not saying you might not actually want to, but if you do, you'll likely be charged. If you slam him with a baseball bat, or put a bullet in him while he's still inside your home, you're likely not going to be charged. Still, I hope this guy gets out of this one OK.

A man suspected of breaking into a Fell Street apartment Tuesday afternoon found himself tumbling down stairs and running from a hail of bullets after the resident interrupted the burglary, San Francisco police said.

Good for you, Mr. Williams (the apartment resident)!

You know another thing that gets me is.. the intelligence committee had to know all about this when they interviewed Burger.

Did they care? Did they bring this up, any of them? Oh.. I suppose they were sworn to secrecy? ahunh... riiiight.

I know Pup that I should vote, but for what scoundrels? What and who do they give us for choices? They are all picked by the same scoundrels, the same clique on all sides.

You think some honest person is really going to get far enough to give us a chance to vote for him/her?

It's the old boy network no matter how you slice it. I'm sorry, but my age hasn't given me any more insight or any more hope.

The foxes have invaded the hen-house and I don't see any end to it. The fact that they let Clinton slide should have told us something. Sure getting Clinton may have put Gore in, but he would have been easier to get out then giving in and letting that SOB Clinton slide.

Can't help it.. I'm discouraged, and the liberal media worldwide doesn't let any honest person get far. We have a new world out there, and there aren't too many that want to see it stay the way it used to be I'm afraid.

Sorry.... maybe I'll be better tomorrow. I wonder..?

OK, as I said before. It is timing. They wanted the Comission wrapped up so they couldn't start lying and saying it was ontheir instructions and giving him cover.

They wanted Clinton's book in print, so no matter how much he tries to laugh it off, he can't change his story.

They needed months to round up the lose ends, like Federal prosecutions always do.

They wanted to wait till just before the Democrap convention when it would have maximum effect.

True .. but they also need to build an air tight case if anything is going to happen to Berger

Time will tell .. but one thing is for sure ... Berger political future is over.

God forbid Kerry ever gets in the WH .. there is no chance in hell the Berger will ever get a cabinet position like he hoped for
