Money doesn't win wars. Men and weapons do. Ukraine has a serious shortage of both. The west doesn't have the capacity to produce the weapons Ukraine needs. The manpower in Ukraine is a huge problem. They lost millions of military age males who fled the country at the start of the war. Add to that the millions of men who now live in territory controlled by Russia. Then you got people with money like Klichko who send their kids to live in Germany and become German citizens. The average Ukrainian doesn't have a choice like the kids of rich politicians.
