How China executes 1,000 people a year for literally anything you do they do not like. And those are only the ones that got some sort of public trial - others are just taken away buy the police, dumped in a ditch and shot.
( By comparison the US executed 84 people in 2023. )

If it was, they would quickly move it on to political opponents, and then to any one they don’t like. Be careful what you wish for.
You do understand that the people you mention would have a fair trial with a jury of their peers, be represented by one or more lawyers, have countless appeals etc.
China does away with all that cumbersome process and just tells you you are guilty and passes sentence. Next.
Although Death Vans are a step up, so to speak, from mass public executions in sporting arenas. They can be saved for your viewing pleasure of the worst of the worst (in the eyes the CCP, which could easily be no real crime at all.)
