Strange Events at Fourth Circuit on Second Amendment

Strange events are occurring in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. In the Ninth Circuit, it has become clear that when a three-judge panel finds in favor of the Second Amendment as a fundamental part of the Bill of Rights, the case will be sent to an en banc panel to be reversed by the full court. Most of the time, the Ninth Circuit would wait for the three-judge panel to publish their decision before sending the case to the en banc panel. In the Fourth Circuit, en banc panels are snatching cases away from three-judge panels before a decision is made and an opinion is published.

The case of Bianchi v Brown, the Maryland ban on most semi-automatic rifles, was appealed all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS). The Supreme Court’s last landmark Second Amendment decision, Bruen, was decided in June 2022. SCOTUS then granted certiorari to Bianchi v Brown, vacated the Fourth Circuit’s decision, and remanded the case back to the Fourth Circuit to be reconsidered under the Bruen clarification of the Heller decision.

Bianchi v Brown was given to a three-judge panel on the Fourth Circuit. The three-judge panel heard oral arguments in the case on December 6, 2022. If you listen to the oral arguments, the case for the State of Maryland seems weak. More than a year later, the three-judge panel had not issued a decision. On January 12, 2024, the Fourth Circuit took the case from the three-judge panel, moving it to be heard before the entire court (en banc). This could delay the case for another year or more. The Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) filed an appeal to SCOTUS, explicitly complaining about the games the Fourth Circuit is playing with the case.

There are 8 Clinton/Obama/Biden stooges to 6 (at best) conservative judges.

Often, Reagan judges and Grabby Poppy judges have "grown in office", and play for the other team.

One indication is that they didn't retire or take senior status when Dubya or Trump was in office to appoint a successor.

Why don’t we all ignore any BS decision that we don’t agree with, just like old uncle Joe.

Two reasons:

First: Joe is in office. The Democrats/Deep State control most of the government and media. They have the power to ignore what they don't like and enforce what they do like.

Second. What you suggest is what the left wants and loves. A complete breakdown of the legal system.

They want chaos.

We want order and the rule of law. Most people are with us.

Had we just stood up to them 90 years ago... We wouldn’t have nearly as many problems as we do today.

FDR ran on a platform of fiscal responsibility.

When you lose elections, how do you propose we "stand up"?

Lots of people opposed FDR. FDR got the FCC, and the "Progressives" took control of the radio networks, which became the television networks.

We have been actively manipulated and lied to by an "elite" since at least the 1960's.

Now technology has undercut their control of the information flow, and people are finding the truth.

Since we handed complete control of our universities and military academies over to radical, Godless, anti-Constitutional Communists, the spawning grounds for our entire political, judicial, medical, taxing, law enforcement, military, and intelligence bureaucracies, not to mention the MEDIA, the ability to create change will require a direct intervention from Jesus Christ Himself.
