A batch of new GOP lawmakers have jumped into the race for House Speaker after Trump scalped RINO Emmer.
Emmer dropped out of the race for House Speaker on Tuesday after Trump lit him up in a Truth Social post.
President Trump on Tuesday lashed out at Tom Emmer (MN) just hours after he was nominated for House Speaker.
26 Republicans vowed to vote against Emmer in a full House floor vote for Speaker.

They might as well put a Freedom Caucus member in charge. The country clubbers won’t have the balls to try to remove him or her anyway so the speakership is likely to stick at least through January 2025.

Steve Bannon on his show today was talking about a rumor that Elise Stefanik could become Speaker. I think she may be too young (39) for this role.
She does not have much history (or baggage), so it’s a toss up whether she would govern as a conservative or whether the establishment RINO’s would vote for her.

She’s from NY so I’m sure the New York RINO’s would at least support her.

Elise Stefanik is an excellent representative. She has a large geographical district and it abuts the Canadian border.
