As far as the running, that two legged creature was running too fast for a human who would have been dressed up in extreme warm weather gear and heavy boots......A normal person would have been laboring with every step going up the hill, especially at 9,500 feet given the time it would have taken just to get up there.
What makes me think that it was fake is the fact the helicopter pilot was there so soon hovering over the fresh tracks and that he had no curiosity whatsoever to follow them.
Had that been me, that would have been the first thing on my mind.

That was me, OK, out for a hike and got a case of the runs. Trying to get to that big pine tree to get some privacy, but some jag-offs in a helicopter kept buzzing me. Ended up shi##ing myself.
