2 PUTZS’. The guy that attacked Gaetz should be censured his remaining term and the one eyed guy should be put on the back shelf too. He referred to US as terrorists! A former Navy SEAL! The Navy has a way of turning out some real winners!
Everyone falls short of God’s perfection, including you and me. Dismissing someone because they fall short ... well, then everyone will be dismissed. Or, we can consider what others are saying, even those we might personally have a problem with.

Right. My Rep. (Burchett) was sitting on the other side of Boebert — calm, cool, and collected.

That’s what some people heard. Something like “You won’t get away with this” or similar.
When our Rep. Burchett was being interviewed on Newsmax this morning, something was said, or it was in the chyron, that someone needs to monitor Rogers’ alcohol intake — or something like that. (I didn’t hear/see it; Hubby did.)
If alcohol was an issue, then that five seconds of his life was more impactful than five years in AA. Talk about torpedo-ing your career in a few seconds’ time!
It was late, and everyone had been to dinner where most likely alcohol was present.
Yes, I agree. Just look at his face. He looked drunk. Probably had been up in his office slugging down some Scotch and got all wee we’ed up because he wanted to go home.

Wise words, that bear repeating. I admit I've been a little over enthused over this news tonight, but a real win for us has been a long time coming. And some of these that have been defeated, have not been brokering in good faith, in my opinion. Hopefully we can come together, to counter the true evil threatening America. Thanks again.

Well, I voted for him, but am not too happy with him now. We’ve emailed and called for several days about his voting for KM. KM does not reflect the MAGA values of eastern TN.

Oh, my mistake. I assumed he was part of the Gaetz group opposing McCarthy, as he was sitting right there beside him during those critical moments.
I saw an interview with him on Saturday morning, where he said that it was actually the second time that Rogers had come down there and “had to be pushed away.” So despite not being a part of the Terrific 20, he seems to be playing the part on TV.
However he appears to be one of the main sources that Rogers had been drinking, as he mentioned it again tonight. That detail may have played a part in Rogers losing his Chair, so he deserves credit for helping bring that to light, at least.
Good luck whipping him into shape! Or moving on to someone better!
